So frustrating everytime I come in here the staff is rude and completely incoherent. Please train your staff on customer service!! It's friday, there is a huge line and you have employees hanging out like its party time? Wow! You have Skittle hair girl checking people in has no clue what's going on! Urg! Why do I even come back?
Dispensary response:
We appreciate your feedback and will do our best to address the issues you have brought to your attention. We do apologize for the experience you had with us, but if you'd like to come back we would happily get you a gift for the troubles.

The tree is decent! All the concentrates and carts are pretty good! And the tree is not bad! Don’t get prerolls the pack them to tight so there is no airflow and so the first half of the joint you can even smoke so it like a waste of bud !
just picked up some Everest terp sauce that looks and smells like reclaim... I couldn't bought cheap shatter for half the price that's way better.
Dispensary response:
So sorry about that! If you may email us at greenhouseofflagstaff@gmail.com regarding details on what strain you bought, we will try and help you in every way to resolve this.

They provide a great selection and have great employees. Some employees are more helpful than others, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that you’re always going to leave with great stuff
It’s always fast moving and they have the best prices for their quality. Always happy with them.
They have a great point system that stacks easily and most of not all employees try their best to stay on top of what’s coming and going. For those newcomers don’t be scared to ask. THEY WANT to help you 🤙🏽
Honestly...they just made me feel.so.welcome ..even on my first day there.
Dispensary response:
We are happy you came in & had a good experience! We are patients just like you & we try to give the best experience that we ourselves would want to have, and that includes being welcomed to join our GH fam. Take care, hope to see you back in soon :]

the staff was wonderful🌻 they got me in as a new patient I have ran out traveling 🌷I did not like ordering right next to every😔 it's hard to hear and understand but everything else is wonderful thank you🌺🌸
I come here often and the staff is great. I just wanted to thank Ryan(manager )and Kelcy bud tender. Thank you Sarah for happily greeting me and others. The staff make you feel at home. goldsmith carts were advertised in stock 2/40; by mix up only 2 left. knowing I drive a distance Kelcy took the time to call Ryan who made it possible for me to get different cartridges but at the same 2/40 promo goldsmith was at. Thank you guys you are awesome. It's why I bring all my medical card holding friends here so I kno they will be takin care of the best in the entire Flagstaff area. Thank you again Ryan, Kelcy, and Sarah...
It’s the best store to visit when you’re in flag!!! Great daily specials!!!!

Had a great experience there I'll be back.
My favorite dispo in town by far but the recent add of a full uniformed armed guard doesn’t create a relaxed atmosphere at all, maybe I’m just old school but totally sketched me out
The budtenders here are amazing! They always are so patient with me and kind. Julia is my favorite! They always have deals going on and cash back to use next time. My favorite dispo in Flagstaff!
Best service and selection.
