Freaking love this place!!! I know most of the staff by now. It's a good part of week ✌🏽 annnnnd they edcuate me on what I'm buying when I have questions they are very helpful.

Amazing atmosphere, my bud tender name was RICHARD and he was amazing, so knowledgeable, very kind and friendly. Much appreciated.... Definitely will come back

Richard was really helpful but they do not post correct TAC levels and medical offerings are horrible and then if you get something from the other side you have to pay tax, I dont even think this is legal

NEA is always busy AF but they crank out amazing experiences time after time. The wait is never as long as it looks, there is a ton of helpful super awesome staff ready to help!

I'd definitely recommend this place to friends. The product is always great and the Budtenders are kind and knowledgable. Most recently Devin H took care of me and even though they ran out of one of the strains that I was looking for, Devin recommended another one that has actually become one of my favorites. They're also very considerate when it comes to COVID for both their guests and staff.

Many of the budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable, I have been helped by Jasmine several times recently and even if I know what I want alrady she makes it feel special. The NEA in house grow usually ends up being my favorite strains and great quality. They offer daily discounts and additional discounts for a few things.

What an amazing place! Even my mum loves stopping by this dispensary because of their amazing quality and service. They are happy to help with whatever you need, and their budtenders are quite knowledgeable about what kind of cannabis you need for whatever you’re feeling. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

First rate service. Ordered online, & rec’d text confirmation within 10 minutes. Arrived & security ID check at door, ushered in & confirmed order, item per item. Treated like a valued customer & was home within an hour of online order.

I always have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and the selection is usually best in the area. I al so appreciate the specials that they run weekly for medical patients.

They stack the recreational menu with all kinds of selection. leave crumbs for medical this place is truly joke of epic proportions.

Great products. I love the gummies just wish they had higher doses. Other than that my visit today was super easy. I ordered online, it was ready in no time, got to NEA and was back in my car in about 15 minutes. Keep up the great job you guys. I appreciate it!

This is a Good Dispensary. I lowered my Atmosphere rating because business is held outside in tents due to COVID. Shelly is a good source of information. Kudos.

The whole point ordering online is to get your order in a timely manner, Waiting for almost 2 hours isn’t right medical or rec, Customer service was great for the most part she made sure everyone left smiling wish I got her name.

Medical experience is fabulous here I come from Cape Cod for the selection and prices. I had Melonie my last time around and she was extremely helpful with my large order and I always end up saving more money then planned with the great discounts and deals. You can’t beat a discount for just having mass health. Thanks NE.

Everyone is friendly but service is SO SLOW. Unbelievably slow. Before covid too. And why on gods green earth is a half gram cartridge $60+ ??? I can get a full gram cart in CA for $50. Truly ridiculous.

I come here often to get what I need but every time I do I'm greeted by the most amazing and relatable staff. Some shout outs to Jason M and Janice B (shes been my budtender multiple times) and a special thank you to William Griebel for putting my preferred name (Violet) into my file so all the budtenders know that is how I prefer to be identified :). Respectful and amazing staff, I always come here when I have a few extra dollars.
