Everyone is always super helpful and friendly. They've explained different strains and methods of consumption. I was worried that the medical side would suffer once adult use opened up, not they have handled it very well. Everything is run smoothly. I was in and out in less that 10 min yesterday, including chat time. They offer some of the best discounts in the area as well.

I come here every once in a while, sometimes the wait is super long. However the people are pleasant and knowledgeable. Abby has helped me a few times and every time i’ve left very satisfied with her product recommendations.

I visit three dispensaries in the area due to the selections are different. The staff here is awesome and I am quite happy with the quality of the items. The downside is other dispensaries helps medical patients with lower income that are not on mass health or food stamps by verifying taxes and under 300 percent of poverty. If you want to help customers beat the high prices and most medical patients are on a fixed income. Lead. Don’t follow. Appreciative customers will return again and again. Smaller profit each time but loyalty over time. Long term profits, making a win win for us both.

NEA has a nice variety to select from at each visit. The staff members uplifting and always helpful! I can always count on Rich to stir me in the right direction when I can’t make up my mind ;)

Shelly helped me choose a vape to help me sleep even tho there wasnt much of an Indica selection and I needed help so she suggested the perfect one. A CBD:THC vape deeply relaxed me and put me right to sleep and it was the best rest I've had in a while.

Been here many times. Knowledgeable staff. Selection of flower to chose from is outstanding. Service is unbelievable, as long as they are treated right. Unfortunately the budtenders get bad reviews because some people don't know how to act accordingly in the dispensary and then blast them in here, which is so shady. Staff are incredibly friendly and courteous to all. Just a friendly reminder from one smoker to another, or many...peace to all

I have found “my” dispensary!!! Granted it’s 35min away and I pass 3-4 other dispensaries on my way to NEA, but I’ll make the drive for the BEST service in the state. Above and Beyond is the way they treat their patients.

I had an excellent experience today! I come all the way here from Plymouth because this is my favorite dispensary around. Today I got an amazing referral credit for 25$ from referring my wife, and I paid under 5 dollars for 3 prerolls! Keep up the good workNEA!! This is my favorite dispensary in the area because it is well-organized, menus and easy to see from anywhere, staff is friendly, and they are very conveniently-located right off the highway. When I became a medical patient, Peter took time with me at my first visit and made me feel cared for. I would recommend NEA to anyone looking for recreational or medical cannabis. I love this place. Been a few times, my husband (caregiver) usually picks up. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. We live 50 minutes away but it’s worth the drive for the quality of products and service. Thank you.
