Got home and realized a mistake had been made on my receipt. Was billed for 7 items, instead of 6. Chatted with Richard F. online about the double charge and he resolved the problem quickly and to my satisfaction. Very happy. I had a great experience visiting the store and I'm very impressed by the employees courtesy, knowledge and overall helpfulness to make sure every part of my shopping trip went smoothly.

Had a few questions for my boy Richard F on website's live chat and he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I was expecting an automated chat bot and was pleasantly surprised with prompt and excellent customer service. Thanks again!

I like the atmosphere, the products, the service and the workers are very helpful and friendly. Today I was having a problem with ordering online and one of their service reps named John was very courteous , patient and more than helpful concerning my problem.

I am here multiple times a week, and have never been dissatisfied with the service. I often have Abby as my bud tender, and not only is she is extremely informative in regards to the products, but is very personable and greets me with recognition every time, and seems genuinely interested in how i/her patients are doing. I recommend this dispensary to everyone. Great products, great people.

It's always a pleasant trip here. All the staff from the security to traffic safety staff to budtenders. All helpful friendly and make the experience just that an experience. For me always a positive one. No guessing thanks to preordering which is convenient. All I ask is you consider waiving the 2 hour pick up window for patients. Preordering is convenient for medical patients who still work in the community. The 2hr window increases the difficulty of obtaining the medicine you require. I like to order day of pickup and pickup when its convenient for me. Now.i have to time it right or risk missing my order when I arrive. Thank you for your positive impact upon the community. You deliver a service that this man never thought I'd see. Keep.it up!

Melanie was amazing, very outgoing ,helpful & knowledgeable, she was amazing to shop with too. I hope everybody has a chance to experience her outstanding service. Always have a great selection of concentrates and their new Insa products are great! I usually pick up and have had great experiences with Hannah, Sonya and now today Darrius! All were super personable and funny. Pick up always easy too. :)

I have to say I love this dispensary, product here is always good. The people that work here are professional and helpful. Except my last visit here . I preordered and got an text it was ready , then another saying my med card was invalid. I get there and the women helping me cash out was awesome . The women that brought my package out of the little office to the left , I wish I had got her name ,she was rude af . Telling me I better text or call her next time. I did text back my card number . Then arguing with me about I was wrong I never got a text saying it was ready, I had got a text saying your order IS ready , my phone was in the car. She had my order ready ???? Continued to be rude af . I have been to this dispensary many times and will go back , all the other experiences I have had here have been awesome . Love the door guy !

Great Dispensary. Great People Working there! Especially Shelly . She is Very helpful and she knows a lot about the flower when you need help about a certain flower she has a answer. So I like that about that establishment. But one thing I noticed you are not rolling The pre-rolls with the raw You all are using a plain white and I don’t think that is right they are very disgusting but other than that I like you guys

I don’t believe they care about medical patients. Waited in line to go inside for a “curb side” pickup, 2 registers for medical and many more registers for rec (approximately 10 plus.). Additionally, people were allowed to move to the front of the line if they pay cash. This never happens to me when I’m in line at my pharmacy getting my other medications. Also, why is there such a large selection of flower for rec and not med? If they truly care about their medical patients they would make the process and selection better.

Richard F helped me online, He was very patient and knowledgable. I am new to these products and had many questions. Rich was awsome. I will now go to the store and find the particular product that he recomended.
