NEA is my regular go to place. The staff is always extremely nice and at least 3 of the girls know me by name when I walk up. I usually preorder so just walk up to the window and leave within 2 minutes. But if I do not pre-order the team is always really helpful trying to get me exactly what I'm looking for. My one and only complaint is they cater their better flower to the recreational side of things and not their medical patients. This right here has me shopping around other places. if the day I go to make my purchase they have a small category of flower for medical but tons of fire for rec then I may have to go elsewhere. Fix that problem please. Medical patients need the good weed, not the meh. Other then that nea is my absolute favorite dispensary in Massachusetts

Just wanted to say Richard was great,,, I love that he knew what I was looking for.

As others have said, this dispensary does not care about med. patients. The rec crowd gets access to the entire store & propane heated tents. Med patients wait out in the cold in a separate line, and are served in a small closet-sized room in the building's anterior. As for selection - the goodies are usually on the rec. side. They refuse to transfer items from rec to med, so you're often left leaving empty handed. As for their med. concentrate menu, shame! Not everyone wants to buy $70 CBD extracts. Let's have access to some of the good stuff!

Always have the best experience at NEA. My most recent budtender, Jasmine, was so helpful and sweet. They always work so hard to make the process easy and enjoyable. Will be back soon!

Got an ounce of White 99 today and am really happy with it. I love the flower grown by NEA. It's always flavorful, stinky and potent. More importantly it's always fresh, and they don't use humidity packs to achieve this. The budtenders and workers here are second to no other dispensary I've been yet. They are a wonderful bunch of people! The med express line outside is so convenient and makes coming here quick and easy. 👍 Northeast

Teddy was amazing!! Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. In fact, I was a couple dollars short and he pulled out his wallet and used his own money for me. Truly unbelievable! Thanks Teddy! Great job.

Just left northeast and paid of course the usual premium for anything. Go to Maine or New Hampshire and get 50% off without any deals. Anyway bought my cart like I always do live resin and and quarter is missing. Looks at most 75% full. Unbelievable honestly paying a premium for these cheap skates to short you .1:.3 or even on carts like me today. Just gonna go take the road trip once a week or two weeks this isn’t worth it anymore. How much is convince really worth. Think people

New to being medical marijuana patient so I spoke with Savannah on the phone about all of the questions and concerns I had before I came down, she was so patient and kind and made me feel confident in what I needed! I also like how NEA does their daily deals, $40 1/8ths are the best!

Picked up today (10/22) and Thea was my bud-tender! Super knowledgeable, friendly, made sure I had everything I ordered, and also made sure my discounts were in effect (medical). She’s also funny as hell. Always a great experience! Appreciate ya’ll NEA!

I’ve been shopping here consistently for over a year and the service is always great but Jocelyn seriously goes above and beyond! She is so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the products. I never feel rushed and no matter the line, I am always IN & OUT! Thank you Jocelyn, you rock :)

Abby is my favorite employee on the medical side of the dispensary. I literally get happy when I see shes there. She is always so helpful, happy, and positive while working and i feel like she genuinely cares about the customers. Love the deals med patients get and appreciated the heaters in the winter for when the lines were long.

I have a herniated disc in my lower back and sciatica. I have been in extreme pain for months and cortisone injections/steroids/PT has not helped. I am looking for a cannabis strain that will help alleviate the pain but not make me feel paranoid. Victoria was extremely helpful! We discussed my health issues and she took the time to recommend cannabis options that would meet my needs. Exceptional service!!

This is the best dispensary in my area. Great staff and customer service. I go every week, usually on Sundays, where you can get great discounts, like 35$ eighths. (I am a medical use customer, not sure if the same deals apply to recreational) Last trip I made, Carlos was the budtender that waited on me. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. (All of the staff here is.) Management is great too. I have only had one issue (a defective dropper in a tincture I purchased, a manufacturing issue, nothing to do with Northeast) and management was great, they went above and beyond to correct the issue. I could go on and on, but you should just go check them out for yourself.
