Hey people.. I use this dispensary all the time and I’d just like to say I’ve been served by a lot of people in this store.. THEY ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY! Even waiting outside in the line they keep you smiling and are also very polite people! It’s clean tidy and quick! Like I say I’ve been served a lot but this last time Sonya help me out and was amazing and funny! Keep up the great work and see you soon 😊! Everyone have a BRILLIANT day 😋

The only complaint I have is that I am my sons caregiver fornhis medical purposes. Which he needs btw. I've been there few times and was let in with my letter 3 times. Went there yesterday to pick up order I had out in for my son and waited in line of cars for over half an hour to be told that we could not go in. My son was with me this time and has his medical card but he forgot his ID, I had my license and my caregiver letter, and the same security guard who has let us in 2 other times would not let us in. I dont feel that was a proper way to treat us. Otherwise everyone inside has always been the best help

I love northeast always a quality experience from the customer service to the products. Being kinda a newbie to this world I have a lot of questions. This place is great! I’ve been a medical patient for awhile and go here often. Abby is great on med side, she answers all my questions. Best dispensary In mass hands down!

The order ahead service is just perfect. You get a text letting you know when your order has been placed and when it's ready for pick-up. Once you get to the dispensary, you go right to the outdoor window and "Bam!" your order is ready. Super convenient for those busy days. The Patient Advocates are super helpful also - they never have a problem adding something to your cart if you forgot to, or changed your mind. I often see Jasmine, Lily, Lexa, Melissa, Bobby, Peter and Richard working and they all have great feedback to offer.

Pre ordered online for pickup.. had some trouble setting up my account but the staff is super responsive and sorted everything out in minutes.. Victoria was a big help!

NEA is always the dispensary I end up coming back to. I’ve tried others as a new medical patient, but this place is consistently the best. Their deals, vibe & customer service is something you can count on. Weekly deals are the beeeeeeeeeest. Jasmine is literally life & I love seeing her when I go. Rich has given me great advice on topicals and so many other people that I wish I could name them all. Go here, you won’t be disappointed!

It’s not really nothing personal with the dispensary itself… I’m not a big fan of the long lines but if you are a medical patient you can get through much quicker. And there are always deals for medical patients as well. But what makes me want to be a repeat customer— after about a month of avoiding NEA due to the crowd a lines— was Jasmine. Self-proclaim chocolate diva and a well deserved title. She had personality and the good vibes that belong in an atmosphere like this. Not only that, she was extremely knowledgeable on what strains would be best for my medical issues. This is something key to meeting my needs as a patient. As much as I enjoy the high, I’m also in it for the medical benefits that allow Me to function. I hope you get the treat of having her assistance. Beautiful woman with a soul. 💕

The atmosphere is so friendly welcoming and informative . The quality of the flower is amazing and my first time shopping was great Lilly and Sonya are awesome workers and I will definitely be a regular shopper here highly impress and would highly recommend

My second time dealing with the manager Richard Farrandsand it's the second time I was treated like royalty... him and his team have gone far and above to make my experience go smoothly.. Aces to Richard and his team.. I recommend this place to everybody... my overall grade A+

Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about Northeast Alternatives in Fall River. My budtender Becca couldn’t have been more personable and made my first time there worth returning. Covid tents being heated was a nice treat and the bud train moved smoothly to check out. Should definitely check them out, worth the ride.
