With Covid, and as a medical patient, the preorder medical pick up window had been amazing. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The edible prices feel a bit over priced. I can get similar product from TSC in Providence for sometimes $20 less, but their flower is usually fresh and fairly priced for a dispensary. The daily deals are nice,too.

I just had a problem dealing with a faulty cartridge and Victoria took the time to help me walk through the process and meet with the manager this afternoon. Victoria was great. here's hoping the rest goes well.

Kyle was exceptionally helpful! He was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable! This was my first time at nea after receiving my medical marijuana card and I had a lot of questions. Kyle’s patience with me was a blessing as what I thought I understood was completely wrong. I’d placed an order online and we basically exchanged everything I had chosen due to my lack of understanding!! Throughout the entire time, Kyle maintained his smile and every time I apologized he would tell me not to worry about it... how else was I going to learn? He really was a pleasure to work with. I hope all your other employees are even half as great as Kyle because if that’s the case, I will truly enjoy coming there to shop!!

I've now visited this location three times and every single time I have a great experience. The staff is knowledgable and makes great recommendations. Lily on my first visit was great and provided me a lot of helpful insight, I live in Wareham and drive past other dispensaries to come to this one, I love it! Thanks for all you do

I throughly enjoy visiting this location. Their staff is always a pleasure to deal with! I have a great experience always, but I would be lying if I told you Lily isn’t my favorite bud tender because she’s the bomb! Every time I am greeted with a smile, her empathy and compassion for people truly shows. Stay high and tip the bud tenders like Lily!

I have always enjoyed this dispensary until I was turned away. I have a mental Illness and needed my statin which I ordered online and when I arrived to Northeast, I was told it was no longer available and there were no similar strains that help my illness. When I asked to have a statin from adult use I was told no. So I did get upset so I was told to leave, without my medication. I was embarrassed and will let everyone know how I was treated here. I was treated like a felony.

Horrible customer service did a pre order 2 hours ahead to avoid the line and they could not find it even though I had the confirmation on my phone and done this before mad me wait over a hour because my pre order had to be re-done and had to wait additional 30 or get into the covid line this is horrible customer service and covid distancing ins non existent come up with curb side already, when I called they manager to ask why I would have to wait for their mess up I was greeted by a very rude manager that rather get nasty then serve her customers will not be returning

I always have chronic pain in my back and legs and when I come here I never know exactly what to get to help my pain but Janice always comes up with a great combination of products to help me.She is very sweet and kind.

I had a great first time experience here. Fantastic service and assistance from Richard. welcoming attitude, knowledgeable, and he able to help me take advantage of the deals to save me the most on my first purchase here. stoked to try what I got and I will certainly be back.

Amongst all the adjustments needed to reopen for rec. use and the overwhelming amount of people, this place shined in both their preparation and delivery. It’s never going to be perfect, but having attentive people who do their job right and try to make you happy in the process is way more than what you will find at any other places. My budtender, Lilly, was very quick to get my order and a sweetheart the entire time, and the weed was delicious. So glad to have this establishment in my backyard!

This has been my go-to ppace since before I got my medical card. The medical deals are amazing, and the staff are so wonderful! The dope is really incredible. It’s always delicous, even if i purchase lower shelf bud. Smoking a prepacked chillum that is Fab. Will continue to patronize for as long as i live within driving distance. 12/10

Good products and good deals. But not sure why medical patients have to wait in recreational car line with plenty of med spots open. Maybe the lot attendants can let medicals scoot in? Instead of waiting needlessly??

I have visited this dispensary many times as an adult use user. Today was my first time as a medical patient. Abby went well above and beyond any expectations when it came to my experience. I will request her every time I visit.

First time at the store, as a med patient, loved the selection, employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, was in and out very quickly, Amanda was excellent, my order ready and waiting, answered everything professional, would recommend the store, and definitely will be back

I have shopped at NEA many times for rec. Shelly has been the best bud tender of them all. I love her positive vibes and her the chill atmosphere with her crystals by the computer. She has always made good recommendations and helped me pick out the best flower.
