I’ve been coming here for a couple of years. There are some staff who are so friendly, but then there’s a few girls in there who are just awful. Everyone is happy and shopping; you’re excited. Then, you get some sour cashier with zero customer service skills to kill your vibe. It’s happened a few times, and it makes me not want to return. There are many popping up in the area. Work on general selection of product, and work on customer service. It’s a pot shop.

I love it here ! Danny is amazing always has excellent customer service the energy here is amazing ! Everyone is super nice and friendly I drive 25 mins from Providence to get this service ! they prices are well worth it and they have variates of amount that are def affordable in this time of regression!

You know, when I put an order in,what I dont want is to show up and be told someone else also put a similar order in and they got it because they showed up 5mins earlier. Then given some scripted response and recommended something EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE. If you are LITERALLY already there, its ok to order. If not, dont bother because you will come up empty handed or paying more out of pocket. F*** this place.

I have bid to this dispensary on multiple occasions and my last visit was disappointing as far as customer service at the deli a young lady who is wearing a trucker hat which read sex drugs and rock ‘n’ roll was rude and unaccommodating it was a product there that wasn’t much but it was still there she repeatedly tell me we don’t have any. I’m looking at it and then she says people want nuggets if you want that it’s still 18 a gram I said I understand what you’re telling me it’s not available even though I’m looking at it she was very rude and I ended my interaction is saying thank you and I exited the property. Upon exiting the property I realize there was another dispensary right around the corner where they were more than happy to assist me.

why do they charge 23.5% tax when the limit by the state is 20%?
