Wasn’t a bad experience but nothing to be excited about. You walk in and first impression it looks run down but friendly staff at the front. But once I got past the second door it was exact opposite. Looked nicer but back staff wasn’t friendly. I felt like I didn’t belong. This my first time here and I was asking questions and trying to get familiar with the place. And I kept getting looked at like I didn’t know what I was talking about and just received short answers. I’m not here for the customer service but for the weed. I’m medical patient and long time stoner and been looking for place that has good medical stuff. I got some bud and carts and it was nothing special. I would rated it mid level quality. 40% chance I come back.

I made NuEra my dispensary after a year over in Springfield, and I've got to tell ya, nuera walks all over both medical dispos in springfield. i've only made one purchase so far in Urbana, and I've gotta say I'm pretty happy. the products I purchased were on point with what I'm looking for. the staff was really patient with me while I sorted thru the massive inventory. prices are about as good as they can get for this state. I'm used to only 100 products at one time. nuera has over 450 to choose from as of this review. I'll continue to go there until they give me a reason not to.

I'm glad to find this location. NuEra is my favorite stop...its a half hour further but the selection, staff, and taxes included in pricing makes it worth the small drive. These guys are on top of the game IMO, this is my new go to! I really like that they give priority to the Med folks (I'm rec). Being able to preorder the night before is slick, and my order was ready when I showed up at opening.

Recently their business practices are suspect. I’ve drove over 2 hours after placing an online order, getting a text said that said orders were ready and every time I had atleast 1 item missing from my order and an entire order was gone. Employees keep for themselves or sell out from under you. Curbside pickup will rip you off, online ordering is useless as they will keep whatever they want out of your order as they see fit. Customer service is non existent, the quality product they have is substandard... DO NOT waste your time, effort or money, you will get screwed one way or another. It just keeps getting worse. I won’t be back. Too many dispensaries out there!!

Also, we have so many positive reviews from our curbside pickup, and yours is the first we ever heard that had a problem. You can also give us a call and request the manager so that we can figure out how to make your next visit live up to the standard that you expect.

As a new medical patient the NuEra staff were great, especially Ali helping with my application and big shout out to Brendan for his patience with me as he helped me figure out my product needs. This place is the happiest, kindest, coolest place and I recommend it "highly"

Nuera is a vertically integrated cannabis company so have the means to produce seeds for medical marijuana patients but won't. I spoke to the mayor of Urbana and IDPH. They both told me dispensaries are private companies and can do what they want to do. It appears price fixing over the past 4 years has been occurring within the Illinois cannabis industry. It now appears the cannabis industry collectively has decided to not sell seeds. Please contact your representatives and share your experiences with them. The media reported political corruption by the republican party in the awarding of the licenses. Hopefully the Democrats correct this.

Bait and switch experts here at NuMed Urbana. I ordered a product at 26.57% and actually received a product at 19.5%. I went from getting top shelf meds to mids. When I asked about it I was told "You got what you ordered" when in fact I did not. Guess it's back to the underground or their competition because I don't do business with theives.

Staff is nice but the company doesn't stand behind their products or service. Sold me $100 worth of product that expired the next month without telling me and refused to return/refund/exchange. Save your money

Went to this location for 2 years but can no longer recommend it due to recent business decisions that hurt patients where it already hurts - their wallets. Removing the loyalty program to “drop prices” and then not changing prices is how you lose patient loyalty, and a lot of patients are switching to other competitors because of it. Stay away until the management can figure out what loyalty actually means and doesn’t try to gouge patients for higher margins. I want NuMed to succeed, but they need to take a hard look at their recent decisions and learn from them to do well long term.

The most unprofessional dispensary I have had contact with recently.
I work in the cannabis industry.
I had a good conversation with the Owner? Manager maybe? Tina Clayton...and had set up an appointment for the following day to present our services. She had given me a time, and when that time came, she "had server issues", and asked to reschedule.
On Monday (today) I called her, she was "with a patient"...I advised the employee I was in no hurry and to take her time. She then got on the phone, berated me for "interrupting her important meeting with a client", insulted me and my professionalism, then hung up on me.
If this is how she treats her potential venders, She won't be in business long.
