Second time I've gone in and was mis informed about the prices , one bud tender told me I could use the 30% off till the end of the week after I had already used it the day before....ended up paying more than I expected...the first time the prices were cheaper on line than in store ...DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO TO ANOTHER PLACE, ANY OTHER THAN THIS . I LIVE CLOSE , BUT WOLL NOT BE GOING BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

terrible service 💯💯 I asked for your half once deal for $80 and I get an 3.50 with no explanation like you can't give an explanation to why your offering me something else instead of what I asked for.....

I had to rate for this review. However, I would give this place an absolute ZERO!! Last Sunday 10/3/21 night my husband and I went. We experienced the worst customer service from a tall black guy with dreads by the name of “Deez” my husband asked for the THC level of a flower and the employee said “nah you’ll get what I give you” my husband is a very frequent customer since we’re locals. My husband then said, “he should’ve just waited for Nece” whom he deals with all the time. Now, this Deez guy decides to just be ignorant and say, “what did you say?” My husband then said “nothing man”. Deez says “yeah that’s what I thought” From there the employee decided to call my husband a “pu**y a** boy,” now my husband is upset and words were exchanged. Deez had bagged up our order already but decided to set it to the side. Why? Because he wasn’t going to service us now. Deez went to go get the security officer to escort us out. While walking out he was still name calling and called my husband a “coward” along with “scary a** n***a”. I called and spoke with Jay Jay on that following Monday asked for corporate, was advised no corporate number. Then spoke with Ron who is the manager during this morning shift. Expressed my experience and was told a manager by the name “Nick” would be calling me back. I waited a day or two and no call. So I called yesterday 10/7/21 and left another message. At this point I feel he’s trying to avoid the situation. As much money as we spend in this establishment, this is the type of service we get!!!!!

Due to me living in a trailer home I wasn’t delivered to and they tried to throw NRS code 1.163 “private residence” in my face, which I live in an Rv park and I have permission by the owners to consume cannabis on the premises and if you look up the word residence the definition is “someone’s home and or where someone lives” which classifies my trailer as a private residence.

I’ve never been to the store, so I’m rating my delivery-only experience. I’ve ordered from NuLeaf at least a dozen times so far, and the service is excellent every time. They have some great deals, too, like their $48 quarters, $19 carts, and 2/$40 gummies. They have a pretty nice selection of products, and new things are added often. I also really appreciate that they take debit cards, because a lot of places are cash only. My disability makes it hard to leave my house at all, so I rarely have any. Overall, it’s been a great experience. I will gladly continue to order from them. Thank you NuLeaf for making my days pain free and chill!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Horrible delivery time yesterday waited 7/8 hours for a delivery that normally is 3/4 hours max They also false advertising Products don’t have the correct Thc & Cbd numbers That they have online for the product . Highly upset on the fact that I placed an order thinking I’m getting something off the menu due to Me looking for certain % in the product & placing my final order only to get my product 7/8 hours later to the percentage in the product not being what I ordered .... low key might not shop here anymore .... I’ll wait to see what the company has to say then make my decision

My order shows delivered but I have yet to receive it is 25 mins past when they said they would delivery 5-8pm. I have to go to bed soon as I work early in the morning. I will not buy again from this store as no contact about it being late just a text saying it was delivered. Unless they gave my weed to someone else then it was not delivered to me.

This spot show's professionalism some times the leaf be hard but the service is fuego. .more importantly my guy Mike was very attentive had mad info on product. Great budtender I come back because of him and the Asian girl the front counter always cheerful and in a good mood I'm sorry I don't know her name.shorty mad chill.

delivery and pick up all ive dealt with is the bud and its been great. Decent prices thats for sure. Awesome

My budtender was amazing. He chose Rocky Road for me and it calmed my nerves down in minutes. I plan to shop here often. He made sure I got my money’s worth. Great choices for me.

considering the circumstances of the epidemic,they have everything in control! I am super impressed. Chris my budtender walked to the car and handled my order and was awsom this was a wonderful experience and I didn't take very long... .

My wife and I visited Nu Leaf this morning and had an excellent experience, We met Joshua who took care of us. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and really pleasant. He even taught an old dog like me some new tricks, in regards to marijuana products. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at "NULEAF" and to Joshua keep up the good work! See you next time.
