OG Collective - West Salem

I put in an order online to pick up on my way home tonight. It was ready to go when I got there, so that was nice. Unfortunately half my order was missing, and I had no clue until I got home. I have no idea why I didn't get my full order, because they didn't give me a heads up in any way. No email, no text, no letting me know when I picked it up; nothing. Now I'm at home for the night, finally free to relax, and I don't have everything I need. If they had said something about it, I would've had the opportunity to get something else or go somewhere else. Now I'm stuck, and I don't appreciate it. My advice to customers: if you're going to buy from here, thoroughly check your order at the register. My advice to the manager: make decent customer service a higher priority

I used to love to come into your store. You have grams for 480 from about 19% to 21%. Why do you not carry higher THC. I could go down the street and get the same gram with a 28% that is not a high enough THC for me You need to carry a higher THC at a lower price point to keep customers coming back.

Customer service is 10/10. Went in this morning and the guy and girl working were so helpful. I’ll be coming back due to amazing customer service

First experience - Made an online order outside of business hours because Leafly stated I could do so and pick it up when they open. Well come morning, I get a text my order has been cancelled. Assuming OG doesn't have the product to fulfill my order, I call the store to see my other options. I was told in a very rude way by the employee "We don't fulfill orders placed at 1 in the morning so I cancelled your order." So upon cancelling orders, you don't call the customer to tell them? I would have been more upset if I placed an online order, drove there, only for it to not be ready. Maybe if you don't want online ordering after hours, don't allow it. I was told I could place an online order and pick it up at open. thanks for cancelling my order for no good reason and being rude when questioned why. Won't be back to any OG location

I’ve placed orders online from a few different locations. Every time has been flawless. I like being able to slowly make my decision online, and then they quickly have my order ready. Plus when they have deals on concentrates they can’t be beat !

I really like the budtenders at this store, Josh and Dana are rock stars. They always have good suggestions, but I'm disappointed that they are often out of products that the other stores have in stock. Example, drops. What's up with that?

The top Shelf Flower like Banana's & Cream, Donnie Burger, Have jumped from $12 to $14.40 a gram Thats $46.80 for an 1/8..and they have SEEDS. It's CRAZY!!! if all your looking for is Mid grade quality then this is the place. Top Shelf flower can be found cheaper at other dispensaries.

Decent store, but they keep recommending sativas and swearing they are indicas. 3 grams of concentrate I gotta give away now....

Overall nothing special and honestly expensive compared to other head shops. Good attitude from my bud tender however he recommended me what was supposed to be a 10, 1g joint pack for 20$ when in reality they were .5g’s so needless to say I won’t be returning since the bud tenders can’t be trusted with knowing their own product.

Awesome store, and great selection of products. The staff is terrific, knowledgeable, and friendly. My go to place open early, store is always clean. Product's are displayed to easily find your pleasure, and prices are reasonable. Did I say the staff is great!!!

I have gone to a few different OG collectives and feel the vibe changes throughout the locations. I first met Taylor and Kristen at the cross st location so I was surprised to see them at the West Salem one! I always enjoy how helpful and knowledgeable they are, I never leave disappointed!
