The quality of flower has decreased. Also would like to take a moment to review the management staff. We used to frequent this store and its other location but will not be spending our ample allowance in these stores anymore. We will also make certain to inform others of the business practices. Your hiring managers are deficient in acquiring and maintaining quality staff. Sneaky and deceitful, your company has promoted staff that hurt your reputation and fired the kindest, most knowledgeable budtenders. Shame on you.

Place was crawling with people and only one woman in the whole building tending anything. They also advertise deals on a 20$ oz that was either trim or really bad shake. I know not to expect much from low thc deals but not brown leafy crumble. I got in and milled around for a while with no id check. Didn't feel great about it so I left.

came in for the mix n match deal they have for an Oz, im pretty sure mix means more then 2, only allowed to mix to strains. doesnt say that anywhere on your ads the flower here and like more of oregon is over priced and low quality

I’m a HUGE fan of this location. Daquan, Izzy, Laura...hell ALL the staff are top shelf at their craft. For the last few months I have literally walked in and said “I’ll buy whatever you recommend” Their recommendations are usually somewhere in the $50-$60/oz range and it’s always fire!

GREAT place, prices, location, and staff! Always find something new when I come in and never disappointed. Nicest and knowledgeable staff. Both locations rock! Definitely worth the drive from Blue River!!!

My favorite place so weed. They have super great deals here with grams of wax for as low as $10. The rewards program is a plus too! They also give great recommendations on products, especially the owner! This place not only sells inexpensive weed products but also inexpensive glass and cartridges. The only downside is they can have low selection or variety but in general you can find something great even if it not he thing you came in for.

Wow, don’t go here. And don’t let the low prices and high testing THC fool you. I did, and am totally disappointed. I was hesitant to try it out because it was originally under another name (was it re-leaf?). Then the name changed and they had a new grand opening date, which felt either gimmicky or sketchy. Usually a business has the name settled prior to opening. So what kind of opportunistic or oddly managed dispensary is this? Either way, the weirdness kept me away until today. I saw they had a strain I like on the Leafly menu, and figured what’s the harm. Well, here’s the answer: — Only one budtender on duty, and he was totally overwhelmed with 4 people in the store. There must not have been anyone else in the building because he didn’t call for assistance. It would’ve been different if they took a moment to greet anyone, and say they’ll be right with us or something. Nope, mostly people waited around, potentially wondering what dispensary leaves their employee alone, ever. I’d pay $60 an ounce if they’d have another person on the floor and better customer service. —They’re menu wasn’t up to date on Leafly; many strains sold out and new strains not added. It would’ve helped to be able to browse in the store, but the jars of weed were sitting all around, difficult to determine strains ‘cause the labels weren’t visible. — The budtender touched my weed bare-handed. Never seen that before! Confused, I said, “You’re allowed to touch the product?” And the budtender replied, “Yeah it’s like food service. Sanitize your hands all the time and all that.” I work in food service, and we’re never allowed to touch folks’ food when serving. How would you feel if your waiter set your food on your plate bare handed? Even if they claimed to sanitize (not properly wash, but merely sanitize) their hands? Still unsettling? Same here. I felt like docking off more service stars for the bad comparison, but didn’t have any more to take away. To be clear; I’m sure along the way that bud was touched by many hands, but the stuff going out to the customer is different than what’s being trimmed at the farm. Just like a burger is touched by butchers and cooks, but your waiter doesn’t bring it out displayed on their hand and set it on your plate. Get some tongs, chopsticks, knitting needles, or gloves. —Poorly trimmed and stemmy bud. Yeah, I’m complaining about the cheap stuff they have, and that may seem misguided. If I wanted the best I’d buy top shelf, right? You are right! In this case I expected mediocre bud, and a moderate trim. Definitely couldn’t get a discernible flavor profile from the smell. The $4 gram down the road still has scent, why not this? Is the cure off? What’s going on? Then, while this guy’s pawing the weed onto the scale, he’s not even acknowledging the stems and larf. Didn’t make any effort to take that junk out of the weight. Heck, if a customer will pay for their waste product then why not put it in there right? I mean at least buy me dinner before you bend me over. — Lastly, the label says 0% everything, no harvest date, no testing lab, nothing but the strain name and weight. Makes me think management just gave up and left this one person to themselves without preparing him for success. I genuinely hope they do better, but it’ll be a long time before I give it another shot.

Sweet little spot in a really convenient downtown location (great food, etc, nearby...). At the ounce level, they have ridiculously low prices for high quality product, so it’s a good place to stock up. Nice and helpful crew, as well. I’ll definitely be back.

There are only two places in town I shop and Oregon Cannabis Outlet is one of them. I will be honest, I am particular and the other place usually has the herb that I want most, but you have Jessel rocking it here. She always takes the time to find my perfect strain with me.She has learned my flavor profile preferences and remembers me everytime. That is a special skill when tons of people come in every day. I am not a regular so it is extra special to be remembered. Your prices are super competitive and sometimes that shows in the strains available. So when I am searching for a real bell ringer, they win. But if I am just shopping for the daily grind, I come see you so that I can get the best service.

I have gone in probably 5 times now and every time I am met with very kind and fun budtenders. They have treated me kindly whether I have spent $10 or $60 in their shop which I can't say the same for other places in town. They have insanely good deals so sometimes they're out of things I would normally want but even so I never leave disappointed or empty handed.

Everyone who works here is such amazing company! I was welcomed in with a blessing and I felt absolutely welcome! Great bud, great dab, and awesome prices!

Every time I have went in here I’ve left feeling appreciated and satisfied. The last two times I was in BJ and SteveO helped me and spent time with me telling me what their experience was with certain strains. I felt like they really knew what they were talking about and we’re not just trying to sell a product. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. This is my favorite store.

I am returning to the area after having been away for over a decade, a lot has changed. I've only been back since March and have been all over checking out various dispensaries. I have looked at a lot of them. I can say honestly that Oregon Cannabis Outlet has the largest variety of fine quality flowers I have come across to date, and again, I have dropped by a LOT of dispensaries, not difficult in Eugene considering there are 3 to a block. Oregon Cannabis Outlet has everything though, the whole package. Not only did I find the largest variety of quality flowers ranging in prices that were more than fair, they also have accessories, edibles, vaping equipment etc. Some dispensaries have a little of this and a little of that but these guys have something for everyone, it's safe to say you can find what you need there. If you have trouble, the customer service is outstanding. BJ is knowledgeable, relatable and friendly. The first time I dropped in I had the honor of also meeting Alison and Brandon who were both extremely helpful and patient even with all my questions. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. I HIGHLY recommend checking out the Oregon Cannabis Outlet, you will be so glad you did.

I stopped in over the weekend and picked up an oz of Blue Diamond Philips for $50. Great bud at a great price. The free mini-bong was completely unexpected, but a fun little perk. Actually I've gotten a surprising amount of use out of it already. The staff was terrific, knowledgeable and friendly, especially the short redhead with the sense of humor. 5 stars in all categories, this place is really raising the bar for dispensaries in Eugene.

This spot always has the best weed at a great price. The bud tenders always show me what strain gets me the high I am looking for.

I come in pretty often and always get the help I need as quickly as possible. Great place!
