Power Plant- Salem

I have just had the most troubling experience after giving the Power Plant dispensary my phone number. Since then my phone has been inundated with spam and spam calls. I called the dispensary and asked to speak with management and was rudely asked why. I explained i had a concern and continued to get treated terribly. I was not able to get past the employee who took my phone number yesterday to speak with anyone else. The employee was insulting, rude and about the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not give this place your phone number!

Ordered 4 pre rolls. 1 was a merkie Gardens MAC @ 30%. What I got was midnightrich_farm @ 24.32. Not what I ordered

We love coming to powerplant for our weed needs! They have everything you could want even clones when the season is here! 10/10 recommend everyone come here for there shtuff!

It was very nice. There's a gal there named Sam who's prodigiously knowledgeable from an intellectual side of Cannabis. I highly recommend this dispensary and not just due to the woman who helped me. The interior paint is cool, they have a large stock of products. The flower is in glass, not pre weighed. The the other staff I encountered were friendly, prompt and actually seemed happy to wanted to help. Pricing was reasonable and there was little wait. It was great and I'll head back again.

Went in and bought two grams of dabs both concrete jungle. When it came time to try them, they smelled good and like your normal dabs, but once smoked through my rig it tasted and smelled like straight sulfur. I’ve been dabbing long enough to know this is a bad batch. I first called, no answer. So I went back in and explained. The worked made it out like I didn’t know what I was talking about and it’s just the strain. I’ve had this strain! Concrete jungle - sour diesel. He said there’s nothing he could do but give me his “employee” discount of %20 and have me buy more. I explained the dabs were ruined and not what I paid for, but he insisted nothing he could do. I even had him throw it away and he was okay with letting me walk out. I’ve been coming here for months, I’m a member and have an account and have never come in like this. Every other dispensaries have always been super apologetic and swapped it out for a new gram. I will not be returning.

The first couple times I went into power plant, I was greeted kindly and recommended the best product. The store is very nice and open, I would highly recommend this place for all your cannabis needs!

Very nice shop, always the best selection for bud and nice deals on concentrate. It's very chill inside and it's very roomy so it's nice not being crowded or anything.

it's been a very long time since I've seen seeds in my bud's, but to my surprise they were full of seeds. Not telling me about the seeds that you had to know about borders on dishonesty. You can take me off your list as a returning customer. Honesty is hard to come by and can't be found here.

On first visit I was impressed with the time spent with me. Offering both smell and magnification of flower product. The flower, Dutch Treat, was the best trimmed buds I have seen in Salem.

I love the help from the employees at this location, the manager Rudy is the best when it comes to customer service. Hands down one of if not the best dispensary in town.

This store is hands down one of, if not the absolute best to go to. their customer service is so friendly and positive the soon to be manager of this place Rudy is so eager to help out and answer any questions that their customers have. They truly take absolutely everything in to consideration when it comes to customers and there happiness. they also have amazing deals on their already amazing prices. I highly suggest this shop to everyone.
