Ok place but wont be going back. They don't open on time. I went there to many times just to have to wait until they decide to show up. Tuesday I waited a half hour and still no show.

Always a fan of this place. Friendly budtender’s, cool atmosphere, nice selection of weed.

Started going here when I lived in town and I love it. I live farther away but it's still my go-to place. Everyone's always really nice and give good recommendations, and will let you know the prices/sales before you pick. :)

Every time I visit they are always super helpful . My granny needs cbd so I'm always look for new medicine for her. They always take the time to show me new products.

I'm not entirely sure if this place is under construction but the place felt tiny and under stocked. The lady behind the counter did not seem terribly enthused about being there, and was rushing me out the door. Selection was minimal and no menu to help. Plus, no sizes above 3.5g? if you want to buy a half you have to buy at least 4 bags. Maybe a one-time disappointment, again it was my first visit

Not sure how I feel about a trailer home being a place to spend my hard earned money on high priced swag. I was leary about purchasing some flower that had been harvested nearly ten months ago, I asked about how fresh the flower would be being packaged and sitting around for so long...I was told "oh, they package their product really well. It stays really fresh." I bought some against my better judgment, low and behold, I opened the "fresh seal" and my flower was bone dry. It had no aroma other than dry swag, those who've smoked flower as long as I have, know the smell of dry swag...not good, I smoked it only to feel nothing other than a harsh hit to my throat. Old flower is no bueno...check the Harvest Date if you go in.

I started going to High on 99 because it was convenient. What a great convenience! Always a great welcome. There is always enough staff. The staff know what they are selling. They also know what they like. This leads to great knowledge about what they are selling. Prices are fine, plus, as an "old lady" smoker (51), I understand the store price in relation to street price. Prices are competitive. They have sales on good product, not stuff they want off the shelf. The frequent buyer program is AWESOME. It is so easy to fill up a card. I go in to buy a month supply, boom, card filled---$12.50 off my next purchase. (25% off $50.00=$12.50) Love this place.

only place I come to when I'm in lynnwood I love this place and the staff polite unlike other places.

I bout the 5pk of Green Crack pre-rolls for $30. The joints were so loose they were hard to smoke and also had a big gaping emptiness toward the filter. I tried to fix but there was no way. also the package said it weighed 4 grams. I unrolled all 5 and come to find out it weighed 2 grams. sounds like some shady business is going on. I will NEVER visit this dispensary again. I've never had such poor quality pre-rolls.

I don't know what PhreshBeatz is talking about. I've been using herb since I was 14 and now being almost 24 and a mmj patient for 2 years I've learned a lot. I've been to many recreational shops from downtown Seattle and all the way up to Bellingham. High on 99 is by far my favorite shop. To me the two most important things are the quality of bud and customer service and this place has both. Every Time I go there I am always greeted with the same exceptional customer service as if I was walkin into a medical dispensary. The inside is just a nice, relaxin, and home feeling. I always recommend this shop to my friends and family. They take care of you like family. And the only way I see them being rude is if a customer is rude first so as a customer, always walk in with a happy attitude and respect for them and they'll show it back. Excellent customer service. However I should have learned my lesson the first time I came here. Slightly higher prices than most Rec shops and the quality of the flowers is just not as great as other stores. Harvest dates from last year on my "seattle pure extracts Gods Gift" (12/29/2015). I'm talking almost 6 months old and smokes and taste like it too. My fault for not paying closer attention to the harvest dates. I'm not sure I will return again. Final thing the budtender guy that helped was good as he did everything he could to find me something that works for me. However the producer failed me. Sorry didn't catch his name.

I had a guy named Gilly. Not only is he from California, he is very friendly and welcoming. He recommend multiple flower choices, we were also talking exotic cars. Flower and cars.. such a thrilling conversation. His service was above satisfactory and would absolutely recommend this store after my experience today. I hope he is recognized for the excellence he provides the great people of snohomish county.

This is by far the most welcoming shop I've ever been to. Many windows with natural light that makes you feel like you're at a friends house not like a windowless "happy ending massage parlor". This is how legal marijuana is supposed to be sold, just like a mom and pop's store. The bud tenders are friendly and they speak about the strains like they have thoroughly smoked them. Which I found out that they actually sample every strain that they carry first to see if it's a product that either is that good or is a good deal for the price. To me that shows that they love what they do. They seem like connoisseurs as they guided me to exactly what effects I was looking for. They're consumers themselves as I actually saw some of them get off their shift and went right to the other side of the counter to buy some that they were so stoked for themselves. Such a nice comfortable place. I was there asking and talking for over 20-30 minutes and not once did I feel like I was being bothersome or rushed. I was not prepare to come to a marijuana shop feeling like this. They also invited me back when they start grilling. Which they said was FREE!!! Now that's a good host. Will be telling all my friends about the new friends I made here. Good people.

Love Love Love this place. Everybody is super nice and knowledgeable, and when they didn't have the particular pre-rolls I was looking for, the very sweet blonde female employee (she gave me her name but I'm the total worst and have zero short term memory) made sure to write down the company name and gave it to the shop's buyer. Such a classy move. And tonight I went back after a very long day, following a very hard couple months and the lovely gentleman that rang me up and the awesome brunette woman made sure to make me feel heard and reminded me to breathe and to smile. I am currently enjoying his pre-roll recommendation right now and it was just what I needed.

I have been coming here for a while and it's my go-to spot. They are well stocked with inventory. There are always plenty of people to help customers. I have not received any product that I didn't like. Their selections for indica, sativa, and hybrids are excellent. I love the knowledge of the staff and the owner is very professional. Overall, this is the place I like to go for my product. A few of my favorites include Noble Farms, Moani Double Fattys, and the Kronic Tonic tincture.

The most legit and chill spot in town to grab n' go for all of your Cannabis needs.

I love this shop. I've been to a few different shops, but the employees here are really cool. they don't rush you or make you feel stupid for asking questions. my favorite shop! I'm here so much that they know me haha.

This is the best recreational store I have ever been into. On each visit, the budtenders have been friendly and knowledgeable – I’m thankful for their recommendation on the Crystalberry Kush (I’ve purchased a few ounces now). It packs a potent punch for the price. Even friends that have come over and checked out my buds have commented on the quality and asked where I made my purchase. Each time I have happily passed along a High On 99 recommendation. With the addition of their new customer loyalty program this place just keeps getting better and better. You guys are awesome!

This store is within walking distance from where I live, so that's dope. If I want to spend a little or a lot, there's always quality herb to blaze on. Everyone is cool and the prices are resonable.

Pretty disappointing selection and prices, Wouldn't reccomend to a friend or make the trip back.

I looked for awhile and saw a lot of familiar growers but only a few new products I hadn't seen in the surrounding stores. I'll come back and keep checking this place out.

Gilly helped me find Head Cheese and WiFi OG. At 37% THC Head Cheese is one of the best strains I've had and balances out my PTSD better than any other Indica I've had! I recommend this store highly!

I have to say in the nexus of the Bermuda Triangle of Recreational and Medical Marijuana, this is number #1. It takes the cake not because it is the biggest storefront, because they treat you as a human being everytime. It would be impossible to give a bad review on any one particular strain unless they were giving it out for free.
