I only buy from this store. The people are so friendly and they know their products. I have tried other dispensaries but I just didn't get the vibe I get at releaf. Great place, great employees, great products and best of all, great prices!

This is about the Natick Store, the staff was not only personable but extremely helpful taking the time to recommend gummies and specials and their personal recommendations . Getting me on the app giving the guest WIFI password We Plan to use this Dispensary for all our needs in the future. I am going to Recommend here to all my friends, family and anyone looking for a great Dispensary

They stopped accepting debit. It’s a really stupid business move for them because debit is electronic cash. So to the business it’s the same as cash except better because they don’t have to deal with all the security implications of having all of that cash in their store at any given time. Employees can’t steal debit, but can with cash. Customers aren’t very likely in the year 2023 to have cash on them. The ATM inside has a fee, which makes it even harder for their business. Here’s how/why: I’m rec, so I have a daily limit of 1oz, my bank as an atm daily limit of $400. Since there’s a fee, and the fee comes out of my limit, I can only take $380 out of the atm. So I can only buy $380 worth of product a day when I go there. WHEREAS when they accepted debit I could buy 1oz worth of product no matter what the cost was. Depending on what I’d buy (pre-rolls, flower, cartridges etc.) I could sometimes reach my 1oz daily limit and have it cost me $600. Remember, I have to pay 20% taxes on top of the product and that 20% I needed from the atm. So this business when it comes to my specific scenario (I’m not the only one) loses out on a lot of revenue. It’s really the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen a business do. Usually businesses don’t go out of their way to hinder the amount of product their customers can buy from them. And I think most businesses would prefer electronic cash over physical cash. The way these dispensaries operate almost put me back 15 years ago where my best option to just get it shipped from Cali. It’s like pot became legal, the people who started dispensaries do not know anything about business, and it ruined legal pot in Massachusetts. It may as well still be illegal because it’s still extremely easy to get from non dispensaries, don’t have to deal with the taxes, atm, and all that BS.

Releaf started out with a bang. The location is very accessible and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I don’t go to them anymore however. Their supply is subpar. I’ve had to return products several time. Even with their 3 day return policy, this is frustrating. They also don’t carry higher quality brands like the full line of Pioneer Valley and Fernway. Despite its convenience, I recommend going elsewhere to buy product. I will not shop here again.

My first time visiting this store I had a beautiful experience with the salesman that sold me 2 vape cartridges. We spent $165 on them. At the completion of the sale he told me there was a 2 day return policy in case there is any problems with the vape we can bring it back. I was happy! I tried one of the cartridge's and it worked beautiful. The other cartridge that I purchased was defective. I took hits and I was getting wax buildup in my mouth. The next day I took the defective vape back to this store and they refused to take it back! The manager examined the cartridge with her eyes and said that she could not see anything wrong with it and because she thinks it's fine that she will not be able to exchange it out. I explained to her that it was a piece of garbage and I was not going to be smoking it. She told me that she would be happy to provide me %25 off of the defective vape that I bought. She had also mentioned that she could not exchange that product because of some kind of illegal thing that they were doing? I have no idea what she was talking about with that. So bottom line is I feel like I was conned out of my money. If you do not want to take the garbage that you sell to people back then DO NOT OFFER A RETURN POLICY! I will share this information through all platforms. Bad business! Now I am stuck with a cart I will never smoke and I am out $60.00. I was going to buy so much more but NEVER again at this place.

Im sure I'm not alone saying that I've compared a ton of what i could across South MA. This place has had some of the best prices, best quality & best staff. Good vibe

Great Staff,Great Products

Pretty solid dispo. Outrageous prices like every other corporate weed store. One star for service because I noticed they have a new "VIP Club" with a "secret menu" so it's pretty clear everyone who doesn't sign up (they want your phone number, and they'll absolutely sell your number to scammers and spammers) is going to get the short end of the stick. Capitalism ruined weed, hate to see it

Limited menu but it’s all fire. Wedding cake is amaze balls. Finnaly some real endo in the area. Not just the typical Overpriced outdoor From the other local shop. Can’t wait to see some good quarters.
