I am a new medical patient and I had absolutely no idea where to start or what products would work for me. I had a consultation with Barbara and she was amazing. She listened to me talk about the areas in my life where I need relief, and she recommended a few different products. Barbara even stayed on the phone with me while I added items to my cart and asked questions about each product. She was so educational and kind. The products recommended have been amazing so far. Rev Clinics rocks!

I am here once per week. Every week I am surprised at the high quality and low prices they offer. The best facility in all of MA that I’ve been to. A+++

Just left this location and utterly DISGUSTED with the lack of serice. My first visit was on Tuesday. Guy at front door super nice and very informative, he made me want to come back. After checking-in, I had to leave empty handed because had little no flower supply, especially Sativa. I arrived 2 days later today, woman at the door takes over 3 minutes to verify my ID. Have you been here before? YES, 2 DAYS AGO. I walk over to the counter...NO SATIVA!!! WAIT didnt you just get inventory? Why do you have 1 Sativa option on the menu and youre out one day after inventory?and why did you reorder and not have enough after 2 days? So, I went to Kevin who seemed to be in some Mgr role with his head burried in his laptop. I explained I drove 24 miles to get there in Tuesday and was told to come back after inventory which has arrived.I asked if inventory is once a week, he said Yes? Ok so you have one Sativa and you just got inventory, today is Thursday and your next inventory is next week. Who does inventory? He then said then put his head back in his laptop and, showed me the exit as he nonchalantly apologized. I went back to the front desk to say...It would have been a good gesture to apologize and maybe say would you like us to contact you when it gets in? Kevin dat beside the woman at the front desk and completely ignored what I said and ACTED like he could not hear the woman apologizing and looking to him for help. I bent down to the hole i the window to help her out and say KEVIN...I'm a person!...He looks up in astonishment as if he had not heard my cokplaint or gesture. I WALKED AWAY AS OUR EYES MET FOUR AND JUST SAID...Yup, buzz me out..NEVER TO RETURN...GET YOUR INVENTORY U0 AND FIND WAYS TO ACCOMMODATE IF YOU WANT TO BE IN THE GAME. Btw...your up to date menu...Sativa can be available by the time I get in my car but by the time you arrive it can be aold out...Kevin, Nice save!! I may look like I wasnt worth your time but I AM!

I cannot say enough about the way these folks treat their patients, even while upholding the safest, quickest process during this pandemic. Excellent service, great vibe and energy from every single person at the dispensary, and to top it all off, I had a private consultation with Barbara Van Hoosen, who is exceedingly knowledgeable and all-around lovely. Her suggestions have made a huge difference in my life, I am not being dramatic. I will recommend Revolutionary Clinics to everyone I know. Thank you for caring about your patients!

I began my journey as a MMJ patient in July of 2018, which would be the day my life dramatically improved. I am diagnosed with PTSD stemming from my deployment to Afghanistan and spent several years struggling with substance abuse which culminated in several overdoses and a diminished capacity to deal with life on life's terms. Revolutionary has been part of an incredible eight month journey in which I have accomplished things I truly never thought were possible. I can't begin to convey my gratitude for what the staff at Revolutionary Clinics has given me, which has been an overwhelming sense of community and care. Starting from moment you walk into Revolutionary, you can expect to receive nothing but the best customer service starting with Dan and Alex (who are the two best security personal you could meet), then to Gabrielle or Barb who will have a smile and greeting waiting for you when you check in, and when you are being attended at the counter you are now in the best hands you could ask for when it comes to cannabis. Lee, Sanchez, Terrence, Lindsey, Sarah-Jaana, Kerwin, or one of the few other incredible dispensary agents will do everything possible (within reason) to provide an excellent experience. When you receive your product, you could not ask for better dispensars than the "Dave's" and Trey, who make sure you leave with a smile (if not laughing).

I have to say that this dispensary is like none other I've been to. These people care about educating their patients so they can make the best choices for themselves not just on their first visit but for life. I am not kidding when I say that I learned a great deal from having a virtual consultation with Barbara, The Canna-Mom. Barbara took the time to answer all of my questions during our first phone consultation, and then when I asked for another brief call, she was quick to respond and happy to help me again. First off, Ruslan & Lee are the absolute best. They always help me with everything and anything! Rev. Clinic has become my go to place especially with edibles since they're the only place in the area that have high dosage chocolate.

One of my favorite places to go . The customer service is amazing , from the security to the cashiers. I just need them to get more Pre rolls and keep having the plastic bags to go .. it’s not only child proof but it’s also adult proof. Viva 420 and Tacos

Barbara helped me with a virtual consultation before my first purchase and trip down to this location. She was super knowledgeable and friendly! She really helped guide me into the best options to deal with my insomnia. I've been using these products for the last three nights now and have been sleeping much better! The location is super convenient with their own parking lot and fast service as well. 5/5 experience, 10/10 would recommend!

Super nice homey atmosphere set in an old house w a big parking lot and plenty of street parking. I was honestly a bit confused which buttons to press at the door, but I’m thinking that’s just me. Fortunately, a kind, friendly man came along and helped. Someone inside said he was one of the owners. Ha. And ha. The basics were really as simple as ringing a bell and holding your med card up to the tiny camera before they unlatched it. Fascinating and ridiculous I know. But I guess I’ve been used to low-tech dispensaries w outdoor security. I like this idea. First time visit paperwork was easy. Comfortable waiting room. I noticed it seemed very wheelchair accessible, which I always respect. They offered water, hot cocoa lol. Just sayin. Loved my budtender, Super Savie, well versed and easy going. Product variety is very good. Not overwhelming yet substantive. From a med standpoint, I look mostly for deoxycarbolated gels and additive free / pure distillate cartridges. I’m less excited about bud; it’s abundant. However they definitely have a decent bud list. Today, for a quick sampling, I picked up a distillate cartridge “2:1 “clementine THC:CBD” and one of their indica deoxycarbolated gels for sleeping “Fade.” It was pretty cool to hear that none of their cartridges contain PEG/PG polyethylene glycol/propylene glycols Please, everyone, pay attention to this simple and important fact: watch what your cartridges are cut with. There are no laws requiring companies to disclose additives so it’s best to stick w CO2 distillate / additive free. Some people like the terpenes added back in and it’s cheaper. I stick w good old fashioned distillate. Anyways, I love the mouthpiece on the pen! I expected it to feel clunky because it’s larger than I’m used to and plastic (not ATG’s metal) but it’s very comfortable. The taste is smooth and clean with a nice clean smoke and a steady energy boost w some pain relief. Great blend for my medical needs which include small fiber neuropathy, headaches and muscle spasms. Revolutionary also has a nice quality “applicator,” as they call it. Other dispensaries call it a syringe. Their applicator is cool because it’s short and stubby, making it easy to carry discreetly. I have another one from a different dispensary about 5 inches.omg. Definitely not safe in the pocket. I’ll be checking it out results tonight but the dispenser is gorgeous. The taste is exactly what I was seeking. Looking forward to returning!

Welcoming vibe and great deals. High quality concentrates. Love the integrated grinder on the RevAccess card too. One thing I'd suggest is that you have people queue initially away from the street, especially if that parking lot is generally pretty open. Queue inwards, so that people don't have to feel like they are on display for observation by Karens. Although that girl in line was enjoying the moment for some dancing while waiting so that was fun too. Will come back often.

I would like to understand why I didn't get my 10% Hardship ? I was told that I had a coupon because I just recertify so I got 100 of my order for that but was told I had to pick between hardship or recertify coupon. I am only confused hardship has nothing to do with recertify because recertify is to help with Doctors cost. I am only saying this because I try to make fewer trips and spend 500$ so that the 10% pays off. Hope to have this rectified and get what I should be owed 10% of 480?

Charlotte’s Web 1:1 Distillate - I’m relatively new to 1:1 products, and so far it’s been eye opening. This strain’s not standout in terms of taste, but the effects and therapeutic uses of this multi-cannabinoid concentrate are both versatile and effective. I’ve always dealt with depression and anxiety, but over the past year, I’ve developed back problems as well. The fact that a high-quality 1:1 strain like Charlotte’s is able to adequately address all three conditions simultaneously is honestly a life-savor for me!
