Totally bummed at the service I received here in the last couple of days. Besides the fact that there were 2 people not wearing masks when I went in, I had placed an online order for some tincture, and the photo that they have for the tincture says that is 200mg of THC. When I got the product, it was only for 100mg. No big deal, I couldn't afford the 200mg. The problem came when I said to the guy at the desk that day that it was listed as the 200mg. I was unable to pull up my internet on my phone to show him, so he pulls it up on the computer (I cannot see it) and tells me if it listed wrong, that he would give it to me for the price listed. He pulls it up, says it is right, so I get my money back and leave, because it is way more than I wanted to spend. I go home and pull up the website, and I WAS RIGHT, it was listed as 200mg. So the budtender straight up lied to my face, for what reason I don't know why. I did not ask for a discount and was fine with it not being the price that it was. So i go back today for some salve, and show him the screenshot that I took of the product that is not listed correctly, and he could care less. He asks me if it is for the right dispensary, and yes it was. It was not listed correctly. These guys treated my like absolute shit today because I complained about my experience. I don't think people who have no concern for the patients should be working for a cannabis dispensary. They were visibly mad that I was complaining, and it was not my fault that I had shitty service, and that the person who seemed to be in charge was extremely rude. I shop here at least once to twice a week, and I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on. I am sad because there are some great employees here that have always been super nice, but whoever this new guy is there, just lost my business.
