Girls behind counter very nice. No sign outside saying medical comes first in line..very confusing medical,people standing in line over 25 min because,she didn't know and then some guy jumps in front of her causing her to be upset she waited that long and people yelling at medical people for going in front even though they been waiting. Super super unprofessional guy named Patrick learning over bud bar looks sloppy..and when suggested to him a sign would be nice so people know about medical he snapped very very condescending saying we are medical first. I know this I'm recreational was just suggesting it and he was so rude. I'm a nurse u get medical first it was just a suggestion on behalf of medical cuz I agree they come first. Come here all the time and never ever been talked down to like that very rude.

Store closes at 830, order within the next 25 minutes. *All weed shops Closed Tomorrow for *2 weeks as well. 40 minute wait, six feet apart, line seemed long, but went quick. Kinda fun like waiting at Christmas time to get that perfect gift. Great selection and best prices around. Friendly people and staff. Be Well and *Blessed Be Wishings for All.

Chocolate bar was very tasty and did the job. Definitely gonna grab another next time

The workers are all nice and very helpful. Very educated, with the ability to answer any questions. My only issue at this time is it's cold outside and having to stand in line for an hour just to get in and to stand in line around people with this virus is crazy. Sure they have markers right out front to keep everyone apart but that doesnt account for the rest of the line that extends around the building. There has to be a way for people to be able to pick up from their car. Then your not chancing people standing to close or people getting sick just from being out in the cold for too long. My opinion this process is too risky and should be altered for more safety

The Milk Chocolate crunch bar was a wonderful blend of a semi-sweet chocolate with a buttery bitter finish. The chocolate had a very very faint cannabinoid taste which I found very appealing. I ate half the chocolate bar at a time which equated to roughly 10 mg and had a 45 minute activation time. I found the high to be more of a head high rather than a body high. I found that this dosage led to a slight mellow feeling that was very nice since the biggest problem with edibles is taking to big of a dosage. Overall I really liked the chocolate bar and will definitely be getting more in the future as well as trying Sanctuary’s other edibles.

Got a milk milk chocolate bar from these wonderful people. Quality chocolate, great effects. Will be going back

Lemon Haze, the perfect wake and bake. This batch is exceptional! My only regret is not buying more. You guys rocked it yesterday! In line at 1115 and at least 15 pot heads deep. Was out at 1145, 2 mins per head, wow you guys should be proud and give props to your peeps!

Highly recommend everyone to start weighting stuff you buy from here - I always love everything about sanctuary, from the people to the service always on point but I bought a gram of blissful concentrate / sauce and weigh it out and I got ripped off .3 it weighed exactly 6.998 . I’m not sure but this will be a problem , if you guys keep this up -I highly recommend for everyone to start weighing stuff they buy from here it happens once it will happen again

Because of this virus, it was a long wait. However, the way the employees handled the people (especially the not so nice people) was fantastic. The 3 for atmosphere is for the people that were unwilling to just do as they were asked. I watched one woman from my truck act like a child, because she couldn’t enter the building with her friend. Very unwilling to just go back to the car. Stood there with her arms crossed. While they politely asked multiple times just to go back to the car. Grow up people, they’re doing their jobs!

As a person that deals with anxiety but is not willing to get a bs medical card I wish this place would focus more on Indica. Good job keeping a nice stock but disappointing when only Sativa and Hybrid are available with very limited Indica choices.

I'd like to see better signs about where to stand when waiting to get into the front door. It can be confusing not knowing what's going on or what the wait will be. My actual dislike was opening the sauce concentrate container was stored upside down resulting in some product loss and a mess. Other than that I enjoy sanctuary and the products.

I am a regular customer. There isn't a single thing I don't like about Sanctuary. The only down side is the gouging from the State Tax, but that is out of Sanctuary's control. Sanctuary makes everyone's life better. 💓

Nice store, nice staff. However, the menu here is limited. My biggest issue is they are very inconsistent with their stock. Seems like they are often out of what I want and have no idea if or when they might get it again (ex., hash, pre rolled, L9 cartridges) Find something I like and next time they’re out. It’s frustrating that the menu and supply are so limited because it could be a really great store. Going to start losing customers to other shops unless they become a little more reliable. Been to shops in the Seattle area and can tell you that Massachusetts has a ways to go both in terms of variety and cost. Hope we get there at some point soon.

This place was great! Today was first day of initial statewide lockdown at noon and this place was very much prepared. Although there was a wait, it was very organized with cones to avoid people getting within 6 feet of each other near the entrance. Orders were taken ahead of time mostly online and some were able to order using a piece of paper which included the menu for that day. So greatful for the organization here, and the absolute compliance with statewide precautions.

I've been going here since the beginning and they've continually gone down hill in my opinion. I'm a Medical Patient and am very upset at the lack of product available to medical patients. The Recreational side however has way more product to pick from. I'm new to marijuana so I relied on this store to help me out choosing what's right for me and they all, for the most part helped me out. What ticks me off is you tell everyone that medical patients get preferential treatment over recreational but if there's no product what good does this do me? They have what I want on the recreational side but won't sell it to me. This makes no sense to me. They'd be more than happy to sell it to me if I pay the 20% sales tax. I thought that was one of the real benefits of being Medical was that I saved the 20% but now you're trying to get more money from me. There is nothing on the Medical Menu.

I don’t like the system requiring customers to declare what they intend to buy, to an employee with a clip board, standing in the entrance foyer, in front of a line of people, requiring the customer to share personal information publicly.
