I love the staff, I loved the product at one time but they stopped having any good product a few months ago and when they do get something good it's gone in a day. I love this place i love the staff but now I'm being forced to check out Gage in Ayer because I refuse to only have one option. Not worth the high price when it's a product you don't want.

Fast service and very friendly staff

Long lines to be expected for the end of the world. But the staff there is always great! Product is slightly below some of the others around Mass, but it's still good.

This was my first time at Sanctuary Medicinals Gardner. Lots of parking, no wait, greeted by a very nice gentleman who pointed me in the right direction to grab my Leafly pickup. All in all, it was a very good experience. My only gripe is that my flowers were wicked dry and underweight. The weight was 3.1 instead of 3.5. For $50, I would expect it to be right on point, but sadly it was not. Flowers do look and smell great though; I will rehydrate them with a boveda pack, so it’s all good. Enjoyable experience, I’ll return to check it out again.

Staff is always polite and welcoming. Officer Lawrence was very helpful as well. Crowd control for past few days have been respectful and smooth. Ordering online with no issues. Place is TITS!

I've always had a great experience with Sanctuary. They have always had a great staff and great product. They are also doing a great job during this time to serve us with a great attitude, great product,service, and great prices. Keep doing a hell of a job!!!!!!

I seriously love this place but we're going on a week with no grams or prerolls. I see their flower inventory dwindling by the day. What's the deal? Ican't afford 60 bucks for an eighth. I called to see if they had recieved any more inventory and the girl just goes "negative. " smh

Still out of pre rolls and grams, will have to travel an extra hour just to get them. Very disappointing, this was my favorite go to place. It has slowly starting to be one of my least favorites. Please start restocking with smaller items so that you do not lose business.

The staff is friendly and helpful. In a word they are ‘Awesome’! I like using Leafly to preorder and orders are filed in mere minutes. The quality of the products that I have tried, mostly flower, are of excellent quality. The packaging is the best! As usual, this establishment was a good place to visit, especially in these trying times. Everyone was polite (except for the female traffic cop) and efficient.

I ordered online, was notified my order was ready very quickly, drove to Sanctuary in Gardner and pick up was quick and easy. I use a few drops under my tongue and sleep soundly.

Excellent customer service , I got a lemon sour desil x lemon haze cartridge that was delicious and strong a very uplifting concentrate.
