I've ordered from here a few times now, and they are usually very quick to actually deliver your stuff. The staff that handles the phone and email are always very nice people, and the prices for things can be amazing sometimes. That said, I had a bit of an issue yesterday with an order. I placed it at 3PM, but didn't hear anything from SilverStreak until about 6:30PM. I assumed that was when the driver was on the way, but they weren't, because it wasn't until I texted them again at 9:30 that I started getting more responses. Now, I wasn't upset that I hadn't gotten my stuff yet, I just wish they'd informed me that there were delays or whether or not I'd get my stuff that day. Eventually they did get back to me and apologized for the inconveniences that occurred, and told me I'd get my stuff this morning. Their driver Eric just got a hold of me with an estimated time of arrival and also said he'd give any updated that happen. Eric's service is what I wish I'd gotten yesterday.
