The site is often outdated and it is hard to get the deals advertised unless you call, and even then it is unlikely that they have what you originally wanted. The customer service was poor, I waited 5+ minutes on hold just to talk to a barely audible lady who was very annoyed to have to help me figure out what they had in stock and what worked for their deals. Overall, there are much better options that are more professional. I will not be returning.

Chris was awsome and had good weed

I followed their instructions on Weedmaps on setting up a profile and placing my order at 4:30 p.m. today. I received a text within a couple minutes stating they received my order and will text me when the driver is on his way. after not hearing anything for a couple hours I decided to call. I was on hold for 20 minutes until somebody came on the phone. she told me I needed it to text a selfie with me and my driver's license and she will send the order out right away. I received another text about 30 minutes later stating my order was canceled. I called and this time had to wait on hold for 40 minutes. then was told by some lady that it was too late that's why my order was cancelled. I let her know the situation that I placed the order at 4:30 p.m. today. she didn't want to help me besides offer me $5 off for order tomorrow. it's now almost 8:30 and most places are closed so I'm really screwed for the night. I really wish this place wouldn't have done this to me. Jason

First time ordering from Silverstreak and let me tell you THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND!!! Had to wait a little bit to place my order, but once placed not even 5 minutes later I received an eta of 20 minutes! Dispatcher and driver were so friendly. I definitely recommend Silverstreak to everyone!
