I made an online order and drove more than half an hour to get down there and when I get there the lady at the register told me the price changed by 30 dollars and for some reason didn't honor the deal or try to do anything to remedy the situation so this experience was truly awful.

Products were almost a year old date code flower.
Dispensary response:
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your honest opinion regarding our product's age. What you may be noticing is the harvest date, which was the day the plant was actually cut down. Then there's the drying, trimming, processing, and testing which takes quite a bit more time after it's been cut. We take pride in our quality assurance process, which ensures that all of our products are fresh and meet our high standards. We value your opinion and will take it into account as we continue to improve our offerings. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further comments or suggestions. Thank you for choosing our dispensary
