I decided to give Sol Flower (Tempe) a 3rd chance to deliver a somewhat decent experience and they did not deliver. I was told to hurry up on the intercom as I was walking up to the window to receive my meds. On top of this I had to wait 45 - 50 mins to even receive meds after placing an order on their website which was placed and ready and hour before I even got there. This location offers terrible customer service, dry flower, and rude employees. I will not be returning.

Pick up system is horrible, 15 plus people waiting at the A-O with Zero people in front of the P-Z. You would think the P-Z would help the wait but they’re not. Standing here for 30 minutes just to watch people walk up to an empty window and get their meds instantly. Horrible.

Great dispensary, I’ve been now a couple times and every time I’ve gone the staff is so nice and knowledge. They have great daily deals as well. I would definitely recommend if you live in the Tempe area.
