I use to manage a retail location and so to me customer service matters just as much as the product you're buying. That said the staff here is always pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. I tried several shops in the area before settling on Speedy Janes but now i'm hooked. Whenever friends ask where they should go I always recommend Janes. Today was no different. When I went in Monica was very kind, and helped me to purchase several cartridges, a battery, and a single shot. She helped me find a cartridge comparable to my old one which was important to me as I use it to help me sleep. 100% Satisfied as always. Thanks again! -CJ

The building is completely wheelchair accessible, the flower menu is bomb, and the budtenders are lovely! I love this place and the atmosphere. This is definitely my favorite place in Hillsboro

Quality of flower is not that great. Budtender was cool though.
This was so cool, ok so I ordered on-line at a killer 420 sale. Like 50% off dude, so I walk in after showing ID tell the Budtender that I have a on-line order then my name she steps in back room like 2 min. comes back checks my order cash me out and I'm gone. I kid you not I was in and out in less then 10 min. there was like at lest 8-10 other people check out things. This was my first time ever going into a dispensary, so I had a lot of questions. Taylor was super welcoming and gave me the low down on everything I asked about. She gave great recommendations and knew what she was talking about. Thanks!
Best place to go on the West side. Great prices. Awesome staff. My only real complaint is the showroom floor is small for a business that does so much traffic. It can feel a little claustrophobic. Okay, and the parking lot is sad. But neither issue is enough to deter me from coming here.

Always a huge selection and the BEST flower:) lots of info for med patients. Many varieties and great selection.
This place is the place to go get what u need and are looking for Taylor is so nice and sweet and is the one i want to see me every time I come in.
Great variety of choices whether it’s flower or not they got you covered. Super nice bud tenders as well and noticed they always have good deals and great customer service !! One of my favorites disp. Lastly Jonathan is one of the coolest bud tenders I’ve met 💯

The young lady who waited on me was offensive in her manner, really had a chip on her shoulder. Wouldn't let me hold the product to read the label, couldn't answer my questions. I was in a lot of pain and really tired. When I selected the product I wanted, she met me at the cash register and rang me up, then spent some time explaining how to open a ziplock baggie for Pete's sake. When I got home, I saw that she did not sell me the product I selected. It was too late to go back and I do not have a car so I couldn't go back. I used the product she sent me home with but it wasn't what I wanted. I'll try Speedy Janes again, but if she waits on me again, I'll speak up. An employee with a passive aggressive agenda really doesn't belong behind the counter.
I love this place,they just started medical delivery and it is very convenient and awesome. the crew is amazing and helpful,they always try to get you and out quickly. Jaylen was my 2nd delivery driver and he was quick and efficient.

The staff go out of their way to accommodate patient needs and questions. Sure, the space is small compared to many, but what they lack in square footage they make up for in personal, friendly, service.

the employees there are all real friendly I have never come across someone that was negative or in a bad mood at all always smiles that is a plus in my book on the other hand everytime I order online I never have my complete order.

Very laid back . They have great deals at times. i love that i can preorder and all i have to do is go in and pick it up!!! The man at the counter was extremely nice and helpful! He told me about different deals they have coming up, sales , cheap shake bags stuff like that. One other thing i absolutely LOVE is that they take the stems off!!!
