Prohibition Falls

The bud-tender there ignored me when I walked in to buy some buds. While I was being tended to by the other bud-tender, he kept interrupting her to talk about whatever they had been talking about before I arrived; treated me like ghost. He had a bunch of tattoos all over his body, looking tough, hiding behind a beard, but he seemed frightened of me, because I wasn’t wearing any makeup and I am an ugly woman with a big nose and frown lines. I felt he should have greeted me when I walked in, but he didn’t even notice that I had arrived. He was talking to a group of men about the cartridges for vaping sold there.

Knowledgeable staff and great selection!

I have been a loyal customer of this shop since they were the Guild on Cross St in Eugene. I loved the Medicine Farms Dragon Balm which is so effective for my pain. They stopped carrying it a few months ago and won't get it back. I'm moving on to greener pastures, as their icky mango lotion doesn't cut it. They've lost a loyal customer. Best have what your customers want, or they go elsewhere.

I went in a little nervous--I use cannabis for my Crohn's disease but I'm not currently a registered medical patient so I bought as a rec user. I had done a little research on what strain I wanted trying to help my panic but to no avail. My hands were shaking (I have terrible anxiety issues) but I was met with nothing but kindness and patience. The guy behind the counter knew what he was talking about and pointed me in the right direction. I felt cared about and I was able to relax a little bit. I left with some Banana Kush for pain management and sleep and WOW. Nice quality, great product fantastic smell. I practically wept when the relief raced through me. I didn't have to use too much of it, an eighth lasted me two weeks. Mostly I was just very relieved at how well I was treated as a customer. Thank you so much. You never know when you show up to any business how they're going to handle you when they find out you need a little extra help. Here? They treated me like a human being who deserved respect and accommodated my needs. 5/5--I will be back and will continue to do business with this dispensary.

This is a great dispensary, great location with awesome budtenders, very knowledgeable, professional with great prices.

With so many choices in town, I would go further down 11th Ave and find a better spot and products.

What one receives for one’s money is the whole point. The quality of this dispensary is baffling for the money spent... affordable yet psychoactive, and so far out of 7 strains I’ve bought here, there’ve been no harsh buds or low quality or any of the usual bait and switch or burning throat problems that so many other dispensaries sell. And the have hashy things, too! Will be back.

Great dispensary. When it comes to edibles make sure to take it serious and or literal. CBD dog treats means CBD Dog treats not a play on scooby snacks no satire. Besides that everything is great at Prohibitiin Falls

Uncomfortable atmosphere and laughable pricing. I probably won’t be returning for a while. I hope they manage to turn it around soon.

Great i live up on city view so its only 3 min away

Very nice, kind staff. However very disappointed that the 3 pre roll joints I bought were old and tasted like shake. All 3 pre rolls were harvested fall 2016. Today is Feb 24th 2018. Nobodys fault but mine for not checking but overall not happy with the product I purchased.

Shop has good selection of decent quality, cheap oil cartridges. I’m a medical patient and use a vape for discreetness, and I can rely on them to have strains that are solid for a decade long chronic anxiety issue.

I have been to MANY different dispensaries in the Eugene/Springfield area, none compare to Sproutly. The staff is Jovial, knowledgeable, and make you feel important(not just another customer). I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. I enjoy my time there(I am there at the very least once a week), especially the fact that I never feel rushed( even when they are extremely busy) when deciding which strain I want to enjoy next. They have a wide variety of flowers & accessories that is constantly expanding. The place may not look like much from the outside, but the inside is spacious, well lit, with everything very accessible. There prices are very reasonable, and best of all, they have daily specials! In the end all I can say is that Sproutly is my shop, where everybody knows my name

I recently moved to Eugene and Sproutly is the first dispensary to earn my repeat business. The receptionist is extremely friendly and genuinely upbeat and welcoming. The budtender with the longer hair (sorry i can't remember names!) has been incredibly helpful and knowledable during both of my visits. You could tell he has actually tried the products and was able to give me a good recommendation for an indica hybrid concentrate. Also, the rewards system is easy and the overall vibe is very relaxed. no high pressure sales, etc. Will definitely be going back.
