they were all so friendly. it was well organized and efficient. they take debit but they also have a fee-free atm!

Attempted to pick up curbside today. We arrived around 4pm and had no problem waiting in the queue. That was until we saw two separate transactions result in customers being given the INCORRECT change, and then denied refunds because it was “too busy.” Then, after the security guard allowed a car who had just arrived to skip the entire queue, I got out to ask to use the restroom (after waiting almost an hour in the parking lot.) I was told NO one was allowed in the store whatsoever and told to go use a local store’s restroom while I waited. Not 30 seconds after returning to my car I watched as a patient got out of her car and WALKED INSIDE. The worst service I have ever seen in years of being part of this field. I will never give Storehouse my business.

Storehouse is everything you could ask for in a dispensary - Knowledgeable & friendly staff, quality med selection and a point-based rewards system. Going to Storehouse feels like a treat, the atmosphere is very calming and down to Earth. Excellent staff like Sarah make you feel like you are a priority and not just a sale!

This is the truth about this establishment. They have great deals and great people that work there. With that being said, their loyalty program is sub par because you’re not able to use the points you’ve earned unless you are purchasing something at regular menu price. I find this absurd. This is the only place that does this restriction concerning use of loyalty points. It’s actually heartbreaking and may be a deal breaker for some. They also never respond to the welisten@storehousemd email address.

The bud tenders at this beautiful location are helpful and super nice. If you are a frequent customer, there are incredible discount. Chris is especially helpful and takes time to talk to customers. Great place!

Anna is the best part

I can't say much for the atmosphere here due to the CORONAVIRUS and not being able to go inside.... but I can say it is very well organized for doing all sales curbside. As for the products purchased I am beyond happy with everything I ordered. The best thing is that they got everything correct in my order unlike some other places when it comes to online ordering for pickup. HAPPY 420 TO ALL

Storehouse is my favorite dispensary! They have the best deals compared to other dispos in the area. The managers I’ve encountered have always been polite and accommodating to my needs and questions.

my favorite place the budtenders are THE best

I've been coming to Storehouse for well over a year now and I used to love it and their staff, but over the last 3-4 months they have hired new bud tenders that are less experienced an very unprofessional. Last time I went the guy counted my money out loud and then told everyone how much I was spending, I had never seen anything like this and it sucks because I really like storehouse but it's hard for me to say it's gotten better over time. This is one of the first dispensaries I visited when I initially received my medical card. It used to be my favorite, however, I probably would not visit here again. The reason I decided to refrain from going here Is because once the pandemic started they like all other dispensaries started on line curb side visits. Yet when you order on line and your order is confirmed, your cannabis isn’t reserved. So on three separate occasions I ordered, my order was confirmed, I arrived and no cannabis. I was told they didn’t have it; or we just sold the last one; or, we only have this do you want that instead. So, now I wasted my time, gas and have to start the search all over again. There’s no consideration or benefit for the distance I may have travelled to get there. Moreover, if your policy is first come first serve, then having online ordering is useless. Either way your taking chances even patronizing this dispensary. Goodbye Storehouse!

Great staff my number one place

This is my go to dispensary since it’s in my area where I reside. I love the special $25 strains but my tolerance is way high so I just wish that the storehouse would provide better pricing on premium flowers. I also buy evermore flower at storehouse and I don’t like when I get it in a package. Instead I’ll go to The Livingroom Dispensary and buy evermore flower and it comes in the original jar sealed!! That’s the way to do it!

Imma give them five stars because I like this place so much. Last time they didn’t have their act together, however. Been going there for a year and they couldn’t pull up my profile, and it took way too long to get a few items after placing my order a half-hour in advance. Again, I’m going back because this is my favorite dispensary, but I hope they don’t start taking their customers for granted.

My son in law was impressed that the budtender who came to the car knew me by name. I wasn't tho! I come here a few times a week for the $35 gram of Cresco shatter. Love this patient daily deal it keep's me well with the lil budget I have a month to work with. So, yes this is my main dispensary. I wish they carried vivant atomizer vaults and evolab batteries/use cord charger; maybe one day soon. So, I can get all my smoking needs from one place. Always be my go to place.

The dispensary is great. Knowledgeable bud tenders, good prices and a well designed store. I give service 3 stars because I would give inside service 5 stars and curbside service 1 star. I have had some disappointing service curbside on more than one occasion. WARNING!! Don't use curbside pickup here unless you have a lot of time and feel like checking your order very carefully. Count your money in front of the outside person before you hand it over. Check your bag to make sure that your order is correct. Probably best to go inside or, if you don't want to expose yourself to the virus by going inside, pick another dispensary.

I come here very often and am usually always satisfied! I went today and since the curbside pickup only started, they have been VERY slow (they usually are not). I understand that the circumstances we are in right now may cause a longer wait time. However, I ordered on Leafly before I picked up. I waited 30 minutes to finally receive only part of my order. I checked my Leafly account and 3 items were ordered, and only 2 were in the bag. They did not charge me for the 3rd item so I did not turn around. But I must say, for waiting that long AND pre-ordering the order should have been correct. Now I have to go back sooner then expected and wait again! Hopefully, it doesn’t happen again!
