The closing manager Cory….absolutely rather close up shop then fill an online order placed earlier in the day!
It didn’t matter I was a C7 Quadriplegic who depends on herb to control my spasms and pain so I can sleep. Also, I’ve been a customer for years here!!!
I called at 7:52pm and spoke with Jess who ask what car I was in then said that it would take a few mins to see who could bring out my order.
Literally at 8:01pm, Cory (or Kory who said he was Closing manager) come out to my van and said “It’s to late to bring your order out!”
Total DICK move and was only done so he could leave! Well, they say customer service is key…and now I know that Quadriplegics and Para’s are not welcome around closing! I now will post on FB as well as telling my Northridge Spinal Cord Injury support group to go elsewhere…oh, and they will! (Northridge Hospital SCI group on FB, that way the owner know)
Sure I will have a full night of unbearable spasms and pain…but at least Cory got to leave right at 8pm.

Don't waste your time ordering Strain products thru Leafly. They don't update their inventory and then they try and sell more expensive products when and if they call to tell you they are out. My last order was completely ignored until I called them. Told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. OK, will do.
