I really only come to this dispensary based on the customer service Iman gave me. She’s extremely knowledgeable about all the flower and overall a pleasure and very easy to deal with. Hope she starts running the store if she is not already.

The first review that I’ve written in awhile that I feel deserves 5 stars across the board. Like really? Who knew people this nice still existed. Lauren helped me out, and gave me a wealth of information regarding the product I was getting. What an amazing experience. Will be back sometime this week for sure.

This was my first dispensary visit, and it was closed to the public!
I was picking up an online order and had already perused the stock, fortunately. I was helped with New Patient processing, grabbing a battery, and that they can process debit transactions for a fee. Good experience from my vehicle. Thank you.

I really want to love this place but all the budtender did was go on and on about how high her tolerance is. She couldn’t give any helpful recommendations— which is her job.
Her coworker chimed in and he was helpful. But I don’t know that I’ll be going out of my way to go here again.
Great selections, staff, and some really good deals!!!!
Nick is always great! He greeted me by my name and offered my dog a treat and me some water. Everyone is always so friendly. By far, the best service I've ever experienced at any retail establishment.

I am a weekly shopper at Sweetspot spending a gross average of $300-$500 per month. I have always had good service– even up this this point. My issue is about a policy that was brought to my attention a few days ago (19th of Aug). Almost every time I shop, I look at the sale of the day and place my order for curbside pickup. I always use the sale of the day to justify savings. I had $35 of reward funds so I anticipated using that. Upon paying I realize the cost only included the sale of the day and not the use of my rewards. I asked the lady why I can’t use my rewards and her response was “because you can’t stack discounts”, I was kinda throw off by that. I emphasized that rewards are earned and should be treated like store credit unlike a sale to general public. As much as I hated doing it, I canceled the order and went home. I can’t get mad at her for doing what management set forth as far as policy. I will accept that, I will likely shop for convenience and do business further away.

Been to every other dispensary, this was worse than most. No available menu, made my anxiety trigger forcing clients to stand out in the cold. While processing my paper work they may have good deals but the quality is bad I recommend going to Trilogy or Herbculture.

$60 worth of points, Three Cents covered by the staff as pure graciousness to me and you know what ? I'm gonna go there again. It's Allah's Will that we have one in Olney; I definitely was hopeful that there would one day be. My Grassroots Live sugar had been improperly handled and the sauce was all over the lid and sides of the container. Also not being able to usr points with discounts is a terrible, nickle and dime policy. That being, great little place, very friendly tenders, and decent deals/selection for sure.

It was my first time visiting Sweetspot Dispensary. Natalie assisted me, she was very knowledgeable and super helpful in getting me signed up, and making my choices. Thanks.
The entire staff is always nice and they have a good selection. Herman is great and knowledgeable! This is my go to spot
I understand that because of the CORONA virus that I cannot go inside and we have to pay outside. I placed my order, but I did not get the accurate price for everything. I had my money ready with MD state licenses. When the lady came out she asked if this visit is the first one. (Because first time customers get 15% off ) I told her yes this is my first time and then She went back in then came out give me a higher price then I previously calculated with my first time discount. I asked if the first time customer discount was Added( since she asked me if this was my first time I assumed she would’ve just added it.) She recognized the mistake and adjusted the right price gave me the total, I gave her 260$ Since I already added my total I realized the total would be 250 so I gave extra 10$ to cover tax .She then came back finally I thought she was gonna hand me my product but no she said She forgot to add the tax and the total would be 258And some change and She then asked for another 20$ in the moment I didn’t realize and I handed her another 20. I sat there for a second and realized this lady had stolen an extra 20$. I flagged another lady down and finally my bud tender came out and said “you were right honey here’s your 21 $ in change”
In conclusion if this is your first visit just be careful. For employee please if you make a mistake try to fix it and don’t hide it. People already having a hard time in this crisis.

these people are the best hands down i called to get some shake for tincture and they only had about 1/3 of the amount that I needed so I ordered what they had and by the time I got there they had found the rest that I required and added it

Great customer service over at the Sweetspot. Small dispensary but they still have a great selection.
Sweetspot maintains a friendly atmosphere both in the front and in the back. The staff in the back have been knowledgeable so talking to them about my favorite terpenes leads to various recommendations with honest suggestions. I've primarily used Sweetspot for concentrates as I buy flower by the ounce, and they're closest to me; however, I have yet to see Sweetspot deal in weight. I would like to see more deals that match those in the surrounding areas (I get texts from six places each morning). Nevertheless, Sweetspot provides the quality and service most patients are looking for. Moreover, their service during the pandemic should be commended as their service is both safe and considerate to the patients health and wallets.
