I truly love the level of service you get from the dispensaries, and this place is no exception. Great selection, great atmosphere, great people! I appreciate that they will sell many of the selections by the gram, so it's easy and cheap to try new stuff.

Always a quick and easy process!

I’ve been here four times now and still haven’t had a bad experience or bad bud! All the workers have always been nice and well informed on the products they sell, I also love that they have a deal everyday every week.

My first time visiting this dispensary I found a bunch of nice folks full of knowledge about medical Cannabis. Peter Franklin was wonderful as he checked my order to make sure that I was pleased. Kevin knows so much about the attributes of Cannabis I could talk to him forever but he has limited time. Sweet spot is a good spot to purchase medical Cannabis and I applaud them for being so nice on my first visit! D.B.

Been coming here for some time. It’s definitely more pickup oriented rather than a classic dispensary walk in a shop around. I don’t even have to get out of the car.

ordered a Q of one strain of shake and a Q of another shake but when I picked it up I only received a 8th each. Not only this but I Bought shake assuming that their would be a decent amount of actual weed but one container contained strictly marijuana plant trimmings. Expected more but received less.

Every time I come here it's a pleasant experience. The staff is always super friendly and ready to answer any questions I have. They really do want to help you find exactly what you need (your sweet spot) for whatever ales you. There's never any pressure and their house pre-rolls are a great deal! I hope they start selling t-shirts...or stickers or something.

I am a weekly shopper at Sweetspot spending a gross average of $300-$500 per month. I have always had good service– even up this this point. My issue is about a policy that was brought to my attention a few days ago (19th of Aug). Almost every time I shop, I look at the sale of the day and place my order for curbside pickup. I always use the sale of the day to justify savings. I had $35 of reward funds so I anticipated using that. Upon paying I realize the cost only included the sale of the day and not the use of my rewards. I asked the lady why I can’t use my rewards and her response was “because you can’t stack discounts”, I was kinda throw off by that. I emphasized that rewards are earned and should be treated like store credit unlike a sale to general public. As much as I hated doing it, I canceled the order and went home. I can’t get mad at her for doing what management set forth as far as policy. I will accept that, I will likely shop for convenience and do business further away.
