Everyone is great here but I would like to call attention to Bree who is just an amazing person. I brought my friend here who was recently diagnosed with cancer and Bree was so wonderful with her I could have cried. My friend is VERY new to all of this and felt really overwhelmed going in but left so relaxed and like she had another ally in her fight against cancer. I don’t feel she could have gotten this level of service in any of the other dispensaries I have been to in the area. Certainly not at the ones on the Pike that I have been to. 10 stars!

Products are good… staff is okay. My encounter with “Em/M” wasn’t the best, her attitude was short. Staff here aren’t the most friendliest nor the most knowledgeable on products or even their reward system. Could do slightly better.

Recently went to SWEET SPOT for the 1st time and was treated like an old friend. I have been treated great at all the other dispensaries I have been to and have to say SWEET SPOT took it to another level of greatness. Have to give a shout out to Meghan who was a kindred spirit and worked with me to get what I needed. As I am handicapped they even offered me a wheelchair. Great people nice place and they may bag up your medicine as you wait. To get what I wanted they went out of their way to make sure I got it. They may even bag per order. Good selection decent deals.

Every time I go they are so friendly to me. They great me by name and remember what I bought the last time I came in. They take a true interest in my needs and help me make an informed decision. I feel like a very valuable customer every time I go.

I understand that because of the CORONA virus that I cannot go inside and we have to pay outside. I placed my order, but I did not get the accurate price for everything. I had my money ready with MD state licenses. When the lady came out she asked if this visit is the first one. (Because first time customers get 15% off ) I told her yes this is my first time and then She went back in then came out give me a higher price then I previously calculated with my first time discount. I asked if the first time customer discount was Added( since she asked me if this was my first time I assumed she would’ve just added it.) She recognized the mistake and adjusted the right price gave me the total, I gave her 260$ Since I already added my total I realized the total would be 250 so I gave extra 10$ to cover tax .She then came back finally I thought she was gonna hand me my product but no she said She forgot to add the tax and the total would be 258And some change and She then asked for another 20$ in the moment I didn’t realize and I handed her another 20. I sat there for a second and realized this lady had stolen an extra 20$. I flagged another lady down and finally my bud tender came out and said “you were right honey here’s your 21 $ in change” In conclusion if this is your first visit just be careful. For employee please if you make a mistake try to fix it and don’t hide it. People already having a hard time in this crisis.

I really only come to this dispensary based on the customer service Iman gave me. She’s extremely knowledgeable about all the flower and overall a pleasure and very easy to deal with. Hope she starts running the store if she is not already.

This was my first dispensary visit, and it was closed to the public! I was picking up an online order and had already perused the stock, fortunately. I was helped with New Patient processing, grabbing a battery, and that they can process debit transactions for a fee. Good experience from my vehicle. Thank you.

I just picked up an online order, during the virus outbreak. I called, they brought my order right out, holding it with a wipe! Friendly employees. I’m more of a ‘they have what I want right now’ shopper, so it’s nice to have Sweetspot as an option!

The first review that I’ve written in awhile that I feel deserves 5 stars across the board. Like really? Who knew people this nice still existed. Lauren helped me out, and gave me a wealth of information regarding the product I was getting. What an amazing experience. Will be back sometime this week for sure.

I purchase my medical marijuana at Sweetspot in Olney, Md. I have shopped there many times and each time, without fail, the customer service is exemplary. The staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about their products. In addition, the staff always act in a professional manner. They treat you with respect and kindness. I actually look forward to my trips to Sweetspot. I give this place an A+.
