I have tried to contact the store for a couple hours now and no luck I absolutely love Terrabis in Springfield matter of fact I drive from nixa bc they usually always have the strain I want at an affordable price I spend a large amount of funds with them the an the lady in drive through today was so rude I just wanted her to explain to me where my points went and my points were removed and I didn't even spend them they said I could only spend $50 worth loyalty points at a time but I had $75 not a problem so I I ordered today thinking I was going to get my other $25 off however when I got there she said after this purchase I would have $5 off and I looked at my app this morning and it said I had $25 off in loyalty points I am so upset and I wish someone that would explain to me she said I spent the $25 off the last time I was there but that was impossible because the last time I was there was when I spent the $50 in loyalty points dollars off and I had $75 loyalty points can anybody tell me how I can possibly get this situated or who I can contact to figure this out any information helps I have recommended this place for several people one of my friends actually goes there on a regular basis and drives from Ozark so it's really hard-breaking that they would do a loyal customer like that did you think I wouldn't notice I don't know but I noticed

Great customer service and great quality product. Sometimes their prices are higher than others but they have great deals weekly. And if you're a first time customer you get an additional discount for your next 3 visits.
I've never had a problem here and use this club and greenlight as my go to places.
Definitely recommend.

This was my go to spot for a long time as a medical card holder. I was treated great . Everyone was pretty nice. It’s 5 blocks from my house. But then the shit-show that is recreational adult use cannabis hit us like a freight train in February and all the advantages of having a medical card disappeared. And at terrabis, even more so. I was promised so many advantages of being a med pat, none of which was actually true. They promised a 10% med pat discount on all purchases. Ok cool…or would be cool if they hadn’t raised all prices by at least 10%!!! There was a daily special every day before recreational took over —munchie Monday, terpene Tuesday, waxy Wednesday, thirsty Thursday, flower Friday and stock up Saturday. No more. I don’t know for a fact but I’d swear even the loyalty points were better before February. I stopped going there—and I went 1-2 times every week when they first opened until February -2023. Judging by the other reviews, Terrabis needs to quit being so greedy and get back on track. There are way too many other dispensaries that know how to treat PATIENTS.

I purchased animal star cookies that were posted 36.06 percent thc and when I got it, it was 31.34 why do places do this I only asked for that strain for this reason I'm very disappointed and feel scammed

It's basically impossible to recommend this place when every single item on the menu can be found for cheaper at a different dispensary in the city. Terrabis has raised prices as other dispensaries continue to lower prices across the state. For shoppers on a budget, avoid Terrabis for now and just go to Flora Farms right down the road.

The front desk lady named Jen was very pleasant, after that, apparently , I was just lied to so that someone could get my money. I specifically told the budtender that I wanted something that tastes good. She countered with "this one tested above 30% THC". She recommended a "really smelly" strain. The strain smells like grass. tastes like grass. I wanted a pleasant taste and instead I got taken. The state facilitates this robbery by not allowing you to see or smell the buds prior to purchase. One hint of a smell of this and I would have told her to keep it. If the budtender truly believes this is a smelly and potent strain, the company should pay for a trip to a place that actually sells quality bud because this bud is garbage. Proper Cannabis Fatso strain is a waste. A company that would offer products of this low quality to patients should be out of business. This is my first and only time going to this place. If a budtender cannot recommend an actually stinky strain then I don't know why they have that position.

This place is amazing I absolutely love the staff there SUPER helpful and very friendly, this is my absolute favorite dispensary here in town and I've been to most, but the prices, selection, atmosphere, rewards is my ABSOLUTE reason I will and still do shop here and will definitely recommend as many people I can here, Thank you guys for your great work, commitment and pride you have here, keep it up 😁
