I’ve been going here for years. I love that they have a drive thru window so I can go by to grab my prescriptions with passengers (my kids) in the car. I got to the window today and was told I never checked a box to specifically pickup at the drive thru window so they could not help. They told me I must get out and go inside and it’s a new policy. The policy isn’t posted on the store’s own app, not when checking out, nor when I logged in. I went back to the app and checked every page in every which way. Nothing. Now I’m late for a doctor’s appointment. I was told to give feedback on the site but there’s nowhere to give feedback unless it’s for IT purposes. They really couldn’t be bothered to help a very frequent customer at all. I’m done. I shouldn’t be told “oh well. Come back without passengers” when there isn’t so much as a prompt when ordering asking where I’ll be picking up. I’ve never had this issue before. What an asinine thing to tell someone.

There horrible at customer service drove 45 mins to be told I got there to late to be seen cause it’s my first time there at that dispensary crazy went around the corner to verilife wit 10 mins before closing got treated the same as anyone else wow big difference

Went in today with my spouse who has anxiety and ptsd stemming from extreme physical and mental abuse. Wasn't allowed to go in together - it's fine. I went in first and was having a nice conversation with the woman at the desk. My spouse finally got buzzed in while we were discussing terpenes and I began telling my spouse about how I was learning. A male behind the desk began trying to talk over us to ask my spouse if they were purchasing anything to which my spouse replied "I don't know" out of frustration because we were mid sentence. The guy seemed annoyed and said "you don't know?" Like he didn't understand. My spouse was flustered (they get a lot of social anxiety) and repeated that they weren't sure while still looking to me. I could tell they felt uncomfortable and asked if they'd rather go outside and they agreed and left. The guy at the counter (apparently a supervisor) said "I was just asking them a question" to me and made a face like it was a silly situation. I replied "yeah, they have anxiety and they were overwhelmed" and he repeated "well I was just asking a question" and continued to make faces as if he wanted to confirm with everyone in the room how silly my spouse was being.
I left and mentioned that the guy was mean (best thing I could come up with on the spot. I was furious) and called later to speak with Cindy. I did tell her I'd never return and I mean it. I explained to her what happened and her response was how the associate didn't know we were married (still unacceptable even if we weren't to imply another customers anxiety - a huge medical reason for getting marijuana in the first place - was silly) and how she couldn't speculate on the faces he made. She said she hoped I'd have a better experience elsewhere and that he didn't mean offense. The end.
So yeah. I'll never go back. Spouse will never go back (obviously the staff thinks anxiety and feeling overwhelmed by multiple people talking to them at once is stupid anyways) and if you're not married to someone it's okay to talk about other customers to customers.
You don't know their abuse or ptsd/anxiety history so learn a little compassion and don't be a complete dick just because someone is having a higher anxiety day and you don't like that they don't know how your "flow" works in store.
I will absolutely have a better experience somewhere else, Cindy. Thanks for sticking up for your team member above trying to make sure that they're more sympathetic and gentle to customers who are there for medical reasons that you may not also experience or sympathize with.

SKETCHY/DISHONEST
On Tuesday 10/8I went to this location to purchase 5 grams of Prism Runtz Sugar, being a featured sale item at $21/gram. Upon purchasing them and before leaving the parking lot I inspected the product. I opened 3 units of the product - each one showed evidence of being over heated AND stored on it's side before sale - product had leaked into the outer threads of all the containers, onto the cardboards of 2 boxes (1 significantly). I am sure after opening 3 consecutive containers with this issue that all product offered for sale has this issue. Quite frankly damaged underweight product should not be (and am guessing legally cannot be) offered for sale. I drove from Skippack to Plymouth Meeting for this product. The "manager" seemed to take little interest in the issue with the product (currently still listed as available for purchase) and also seemed to have little interest in compensating me for my time and trouble. AVOID THIS DISPENSERY - DISHONEST & POSSIBLY ILLEAGAL..

This review is based on the service I received from this dispensary. I was greeted with a locked door upon arrival. Someone came out and said it would be a few minutes before I can be let in due to capacity. Completely understandable. They then left me outside in the heat for 10 minutes in 90 degree weather. Bothered but still okay. Soon it turned into horrible service from the front desk. Employee by the name of Erin (Spelling may be different) slams the door open and says “is the bell broken?” “You didn’t hear the clicking?” In the rudest tone I’ve ever heard from a front desk clerk. I asked her her name and she said Erin then with attitude I was asked “what’s yours?” I didn’t even answer because at the point, I didn’t think she deserved to even be acknowledged after the rude tones and attitude.Again, I was told to wait outside so how would I as a customer know that a clicking sound meant to enter when I was told to wait? This Erin girl needs to be let go from your establishment. She is not good for business. I spend a lot of money in this dispensary and to be treated like I did something wrong by waiting like they asked me to, is down right ridiculous. Get rid of the front desk girl Erin as soon as you can or she will continue to drive away business. At the very least, please see to it that she is trained on Customer Service.

I have tried a few dispensaries over the past year. I truly prefer Apothecarium. I have always had good experiences with staff. The selection is good and covers my needs. Love the drive through and being able to use can pay.

Terrible quality products. Dried up, under weight, bud-less flower (mostly leaves) placed at high quality prices. Online menu never matches up to actual in-store availability, and ordering online has problems with giving you the correct product. I’ve had several occasions where I order something online and when I get there to pick it up, the product I ordered isn’t available and they replaced it with something else without even informing me until I’m about to pay. That’s terrible customer service to just assume that your customers will be ok with something they didn’t order. They need to make some serious changes. It’s a shame because this place is the closest dispensary to me and it was great when it first opened. Lately though, I normally choose to drive farther to better spots.

I went for my consultation (1st visit) the other day and I was totally surprised at not only how relaxing the atmosphere is but also how welcoming and friendly the staff is. Very chill and very calming. I went on an off day as far as inventory they were in between receiving new stock, but I checked the menu the next day and they had a completely new variety of flower strains. The pharmacist was very helpful and friendly, and she answered any and all questions I had. The consultation lasted 10-15 minutes tops, and I was allowed to go right from there to the front counter to pick out what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend giving this dispensary a shot and see for yourself how great it is.

This place is great. Friendly front of store staff. Clean, warm, inviting. The pharmacists are excellent. The listen and make suggestions. No hard sell. The store itself is laid out very nicely. They also have a drive through that is very easy to use. I’ve only gone twice but I had two great experiences.

I went to Ilera because they had the Cresco Reserve that I was looking for. The store was easy to get to and it’s a nice size building that has a decent amount of parking. The staff is young and seemed friendly when I initiated conversation. The selection was great when I went and the prices for vape cartridges and syringes are about the same as the other dispensaries in the area. I only gave 3 stars for service because of the following reasons - Ilera doesn’t offer a rewards program like the other dispensaries I use. This is a BIG DEAL to me because I don’t have a money tree in my backyard. I like Ileras online ordering option but I don’t like the fact that you have to send a photo of your drivers license and patient ID card in order to register for online ordering. It seems risky and unnecessary to require these photos. Other dispensaries didn’t require photos for online orders.

Illera flower is light in weight more than not. You'll never get a tenth .1 gram over. NEVER. It doesn't matter if it's an 8th or a gram. I never tried the 1/4 ozs but no doubt it would be the same. I've been to every dispensary in the area and talking to ppl at every one of them about what products they like or not and Illera is on the bottom of everyone's list. The vape cartridges say 100 doses, 500 mg cartridges, and I dont think you get 100 doses. Illera oil burns up quicker than any of the other products I've tried. And I've tried a lot of them. Cresco, Standard Farms and Terrapin are all better. Flower, cartridges and tinctures. They,Illera does have 1 of the largest selection of strains to choose from so its kinda hard not to try their flower or oil sooner or later but don't be surprised if its light. They're like that dealer who always shorts you on the weight. Big Pharma company getting into the business and it's all business. How is it other companies you will get .2-.7 grams over but somehow Illera flower is always short a tenth or 2 ?? I sometimes think there's an additive in the oil that makes it burn up fast. I think ppl should try their products for specific strains and see how it works for them but if you're looking for the most out of your $$ I'd go with something else. I try to make my 2 cartridge buys a week last a week not 2-3 days. The tinctures Illera has are a lot less thc and CBD than others have out for same cost. 250 mg disposable for $35?? Really? Hopefully they dont leak like they did when they had Blue Dream and GG#4 1s out last year. Everyone should decide for themselves but dont be shocked if you're let down with Illera products. Dispensary is not good with product returns. Even when it was 1 of their employees who made mistake. Returns shouldn't be that hard and you can easily tell if products been opened or not. Id recommend Illera dispensary tho.I'm sure you'll find something you'll like. Idk about being a repeat customer tho. Peace Out !! Audi 5000

The quality is what im here to review. Been a patient for a few months now and have been quite disappointed by the quality of their flowers. Poorly trimmed all the time. For 60-70 an 1/8 I expect dense, frosty, strong nose,and colorful.
Pineapple Skunk - Looks outdoor grown, smells like my lawn, terrible trim.
At this time I will not recommend or purchase flower until improvements in either price or quality are correct.

Ilera delivers extreme quality care on an individual basis with a personalized approach. Their Team is incredible; from GM Kate to the front end - Dillon, Maria, Jessica - to Chris in operations, to the the pharmacist and to Security, these are people who care, can answer your questions and do so with great insight and knowledge, and will help guide you as to the best products per your medical need. They literally blow all area dispensaries out of the water; I won’t even interface with others after my experience at Ilera. It is a drive for me, other dispensaries are closer - does not matter. Worth the drive. Lucky to have these guys, highly suggest an intake appointment regardless of where else you have been.

Was enticed to shop here by a discount deal they were advertising on Leafly. They were sold out of the flower, but I found out from a call-ahead that they were selling Ilera Breathe topical 50% off.
I made the visit just for that. They asked for and collected some customer info before I could shop. I had some privacy concerns initially, but after discussing them with receptionist, I filled everything out to the best of my ability, waited and then was admitted in.
Had a friendly conversation with a staffer about a common interest. He struck up a convo about my sweatshirt and then we started talking about cars. Cool dude.
The layout of the shop is more accommodating to people wanting a casual, lounge-esque / boutique experience.
I was shocked to see and overhear a consultation occurring right behind me as I was browsing the menu and checking out the display items. Doesn’t seem very private.
Once I was admitted to the counter I knew what I wanted. Asked the ‘tender for something close to pure CBD and was offered “The Wife,” which was perfect. In and out pretty quick after filling out those initial forms.
Would go back. I know some people have some concern about the dryness and age of their flower. That doesn’t concern me that much as I find the product to be suitable enough to take full advantage of my medicine.

I purchase Ilera products through my local dispensary in western PA. I received a defective disposable pen, so I reached out to Christian at Ilera who quickly rectified the situation and I now have a new one waiting for me at my local dispensary. Thank you for the top notch customer service!!!

These guys are just great, for me!
The staff has always treated me with respect and has helped me learn about using the products they sell.
I recommend Ilera to other patients.
I am there multiple times per month and have never experienced the negatives that another reviewer complained about.
Special mention to Kate, Jennifer, Chris and Amanda (there are others, I just can’t remember everybody’s name) for excellent customer service

So this was my second visit to a dispensary and I am just so impressed by the knowledge of the consultants. He knew exactly what to recommend for my condition down to the types of applications throughout the day. The wide selection of leaf product was really overwhelming. I was happy to hear what it strain would potentially do for me. I especially liked learning about the pens and sprays that are available as well. I would definitely recommend all first time patients make a trip to this location for a great education, selection and experience.
