The Bake Shop - Salem

I am a long time customer. I just went in after my 5th of 7 carts broke. Miraculously it wasn't in the computer system. I didn't return the first 4. I just wanted the last one replaced. Now mind you, I went to this shop exclusively and gave them about $500 every month. Gave them $20-$50 tips every time. The fact that they couldn't replace that one funky cart tells me, to take my business somewhere else. So I gave the broken cart, my old rewards card that was all full back to them & told them I won't be returning bcuz Oregon has plenty of weed shops. If you do choose to shop here, the carts I bought literally exploded. 3 of the 5. One was a different from those 3, and the last one was a disposable. So I'm thinking it's the distributor. Between weed and customer service... I can think of 10 places that will honor their sales.

Extremely misleading – wasted my time I placed an order through Leafly because the menu showed specific products in stock and said they accept credit cards. I drove across town only to find out they didn’t have any of the items I ordered, and they don’t accept credit cards at all. Complete waste of time and gas. If you’re going to post a menu and payment options online, make sure they’re accurate. Won’t be returning.

This place is awesome. Switched from Eden which randomly closed down after new years and have been coming back for a few months now. Much better quality and service here.

They should change the times the say their open. after 9:50pm dude with dreads wouldn't serve me. I work till 9:30pm and it's the closest

Has employees that know their stuff about canabinoids and not afraid to take the time for quality service. ♡

First time at this shop. Looked at the online menu. Did not order online but went to shop for items in online menu. Told budtender what I wanted. He packaged the products and said they were $65 each. I explained the online menu said $52. Manager appeared said the online menu price was only if you order online. I said I did not want the products for more than online showed. He said he would honor the price from online. Then he charges me $55, not $52. Tired of the bad service, gave them the $55 and left. I will not go back there and will certainly share my experience any chance I get.

People here are great but the cart monster cookies was faulty and didn't get much of it.

It was the wife's birthday today and we went in for the first time to support a friend's farm and the customer service was AMAZING, the environment was beautiful and spacious, the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly, and the Big Bang flower we got from Mothership Farms is one of the best strains of flower I've ever had. I would absolutely recommend any and every one I know to shop there for all their ganja needs 😊🤤🥰🥰🥰 Please go there if you find yourself over on Portland road near the Warpaint Indoor paintball field or even if you're looking for some quality and tasty green goodies 😊

I wish I had a better experience but I rely on the menu to be accurate.. when I went to The dispensary the two breeds that I was looking for were both on their menu and they had neither one which was disappointing.. it's not that hard for them to update their menu..

I get the "BEST" customer service when I shop here. I've ordered online a few times and my order has always been filled perfectly and waiting for me when I get there! I was a loyal customer of a competitor, now I'm a loyal customer to The Bake Shop. Good customer service is hard to find lately, trust me, I know all too well..I've worked customer service for 20+ years..it's really not that hard being nice/polite to others, but it takes genuine people to do it because they want to. Thank you for being freaking awesome!!

I like that you were open. I was a jerk to the bud tender because I actually was gonna go across the street for the deals I saw on Leafly and I really should have went there. Dude let me know he really doesn’t do online stuff when I said he needed to fix Leafly. I may have been wrong but his customer service sucks donkey balls. Up his thc perhaps? lol This is a shitty apology for a shitty experience I suppose.

Corey and John were the life savers yesterday! Only shop we could find open during the crappy power outages. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, made a crappy situation better!

I absolutely love my girls that work there. They are always so knowledgeable and friendly. The best flower ever too!!!

I’m from Portland and our dispensary’s are fru fru. I love this place! If I could I’d take it home with me! This place might be the only good thing about Salem

They are awesome, I’ve been coming here for 4+ months and they have treated me so nicely, they remember my name and treat me as if I’m a person and they really want me to come back. I just really appreciate them and hope their business thrives.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by staff. I was shown a list of joints with some pretty awesome prices. They also had a strain that I have only seen in Southern Oregon. I will be going there again and recommending them.

I have many questions regarding products that will help me with anxiety and pain. In this store, I have had different budtenders to help me each time. I have visited several times. They helped me find edibles I can eat before bed and sleep with less pain. They all were knowledgeable and were respectful and listened carefully to my inquiries.
