This place used to be good, now owned by AYR, just another Bait and Switch tourist trap organization with some girl manager that is clearly not qualified for her job, WONDER HOW SHE GOT HER JOB, probably involved another type of "job" on her part???? Went to pick up my order, 20 min after ordering and they had it in the bag, tried to charge me 4 times the price ($200 instead of $50), showed them the ordered price and was told by the manager "that was the old batch, we are sold out of that batch, this is the new batch and it's not on sale so DEAL WITH IT!" Deal with it! Great answer from an unqualified manager. So, 20 min. earlier when I ordered you had 19 in stock and now you have none! SURE This is the 3rd time in the past they have done this, the other times they adjusted the price to what they advertised. Now they just don't care. Also, there was another girl in front of me that had just bought a cartridge and she went outside, opened it and there was nothing in the box, she was back in complaining, they told her she should have checked her product before she left. She was escorted out by security. At the same time someone in line was complaining about overcharging on an item, they had the same reaction to him, deal with it. That man was escorted out by security, and he didn't even raise his voice or anything. That must be their new catch phrase "Deal with it" and then toss you out when you complain. 8 customers total inside and 4 having complaints at the same time says a lot about a business and how it's run, very poorly. All 4 including me left and I'm sure will not return and 4 that haven't even had their turn to get ripped off, wonder how their visit went? When I complained, I was told to leave and some little strung out looking security guard (looked like a smaller version of Chris Tucker from TOP FLIGHT SECURITY) puffed out his chest in his oversized uniform, like a little kid with adult clothes, trying to use a deep voice ordered me to leave (even said I order you to leave) , it was almost entertaining enough to get me to laugh. My 7-year-old Niece could take this "security guard" to the ground LOL Needless to say there will be no return visits from me, or those other 3 people in the future I'm sure. Good luck with your "new" manager and "new" Business Model, don't think it's going to work out for you!

I had been going The Dispensary for years and for a long time it was a great place to go. But over the last year or so things have gotten progressively worse and are now to the point where I feel the need to write this… Last week I questioned a policy and the general manager first tried to lie to me get me to go away quietly, then was condensing to me saying I should be grateful since they had just change the policy to make it more customer friendly. After I got upset with this treatment, I was then treated like I was a Karen. After this incident I complained and have not received a response after a weeks time, so here I am…. I submitted my complaint through The Dispensary’s website, as well as the email given to me by the general manager last week and not response. I have included the email below so everyone can see what I wrote and what exactly took place. On top of being treated rudely by the GM, the website never works right and trying to find out what your total is if you bought any of the specials is a nightmare. This is not acceptable when you only accept cash. I have to have the right amount on hand and nobody can ever tell me the right amount. Find another dispensary unless you want to be treated like crap. “Good afternoon, I am beyond upset with the customer service I received from Alii, the general manager of the Decatur store. I placed an online order for delivery this morning around 10am. The order was for two of your specials for a total of $65, which is over the $50 delivery minimum. I waited about 15 minutes and called to make sure my order was good as well, as well as find out the total. This has been my procedure for the last several orders, because your online ordering never displays the actual total and I need to know how much I need to get out of the ATM. I talked to the guy at that time about the $50 minimum order and he checked with his manager and said it was okay. Then about 15 minutes ago I get a call saying they won't deliver my order because it is under $50. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Alii, who was beyond rude. First trying to tell me that it was a state regulation, which I said I knew was not true. At this point I was already upset, because I had to leave the house to go to the ATM and that is very nerve wracking for me. I have PTSD and this is literally the only time I leave my house, as my anxiety stops me from doing anything else. When i tried to explain my PTSD I said to Alii that "I have fucking PTSD" and that I upset at the way I was being treated and that fact ath I couldn't get my medice. I stated that I would be taking this up the ladder and not letting it go. Alii then stated I had used vulgarty at him. He specifically said "at him" as if I had called him a vulgar name. Then he stated that I had now threatened him as well, for saying I would take it up the ladder. He then let me know I was blacklisted from ever using your dispensary again. I was able to get this email address from him and he said to make sure to mention to you that the order was under $50, so you can let him know I did that... I get the using the F word can be offensive, but it's also not okay for your employees to be downright rude (especially to a customer base with known medical issues such as PTSD) and then seemingly relish and jump on the opportunity once a vulgar word slipped. I honestly feel as if I was baited. I think it was wrong that my order was denied. I'm being punished for using your reward system, and I am a very good customer who literally orders once a week, as has been pretty consistently for probably 3 years now... But even beyond that, there are ways to tell a customer "no" without being rude and condescending as Alii was and then threatening me and punishing me for A) getting upset at his attitude and the situation and then B) saying I was going to take this up the ladder and not let it go. I have called and talked to managers at your dispensary before and sometimes it's gone my way and others times I have been told no, but never have I been treated they way Alii treated me. My only intent had been to only take it up with your business ladder, but after literally being brought to tears from your employee, I might take this to social media as well. I honestly don't even know what kind of resolution I am hoping for other than to tell you how bad your employee and this experience has been. Thank you,”

Been going here for about a year now. I’ve had great experiences in the past here at the Dispensary on Decatur, with the employees and products. However the last few orders/talking with staff/management everything has just been very off/unprofessional. The customer service aspect really isn’t there anymore. When simply trying to place a delivery order and making sure it’s correct & that I’m also getting exactly what I wanted in my order. This has become next to impossible with no confirmation call/support. No one will confirm the order you place, they just assume it’s everything you want is correct when you place the order even if you have questions about something. When I have questions about updating my order or specific information I want about a product, I’m told I have to cancel the whole order & resubmit it. In the past I have had people change my order also give me detailed information about what I’m buying over the phone. This was when I would receive a call in the past to confirm everything in my order. They are unwilling to go the extra mile to make sure a customer is satisfied now. I feel like the new ownership is driving the customer service side down while trying to up their profits side. This doesn’t work in any way for your “EMPLOYEES” & the “CUSTOMERS” ! Was told by a manager to “I think you should go shop somewhere else.” Is this the treatment you’d like as a paying customer ? They told me I’m working the system & thinking I’m getting over on them when all I do is take advantage of the daily deals offered. No apologies or anything. Horrible attitude from most of the other staff as well they just hang up when they get frustrated. Overall this has left a really bad impression on this place now. I’m not sure if inflation/economy is affecting this place. Staffs/management probably isn’t getting enough support from the upper corporate side. I’m assuming maybe they’re frustrated, then take it out on customers. However that’s no reason to speak to or treat a customer honestly. I’ve never been spoken to like that, with total disregard to a customer that’s spending money. I’d definitely recommend going to a dispensary that actually values their customers and treats them with respect/dignity.
