The Fire Station - Negaunee (Rec & Med)

I have been ordering from this dispensary for the quality of its products and especially because of their delivery service. Now, because of financial concerns, they have decided to cancel their delivery service. I am handicapped, in my 70s, and the closest dispensary (Negaunee) is a 3 1/2 hour, round trip drive away. This is devastating for someone with spinal issues....that long of a drive puts me in bed, in intractable pain, for days. I am also on oxygen 24/7 and my husband has to load a heavy oxygen canister in the car for any excursions. I know there are a lot of handicapped and elderly customers, who would be willing to pay even more for delivery. I think cancelling this service is a really bad idea. Of course, i don't expect my opinions to stack up against the Almighty Dollar. It would just be nice, for a change, if the elderly and the handicapped weren't always ignored....

Be careful on your rewards points ..They act all nice and friendly until they mysteriously take hundreds of your points and say it's a problem with their system and they never give them back to u...and anyone knows points are like money when u dispensary shop. But as soon as u say they made a mistake , they get stressed out , pass the phone off to someone else, say they will look into it and never do. I've been a steady customer for like a year and a half , spending about $1000 a month on products and refer d about 50 people to this place also...Alot of customers will disappear when they start stealing from them

Pickup is very quick! I came back to browse and was ecstatic to find friendly, helpful service and a wide variety of products. I had the best experience I have ever had at a dispensary here!

I gotta say that out of all the dispensaries in the mqt area my go to, my #1, is the Firestation and more specifically the negaunee store!!! Staff is always professional, polite and most of all down to earth!!!! Bravo 👏 keep up the amazing work!!!

I placed an order to Negaunee for U.P. wide delivery, and I missed the day of delivery. Though, I called their location and they were able to deliver my products the next day. They went out of their way, and beyond. I will shop here again.

The Staff saved my trip due to terrible snow storm😁. When they read this they will remember Shane in the Green Winter coat with the White furry hood that got stuck in their parking lot 🤟.... Great people and service.

I bought some wax and prerolls. Wax had no flavor and barely gets me high. The quality of the preroll wasn't good either. Employees were nice but damn the product wasn't.

When this place opened I was thrilled to finally have a nearby dispensary, and I was not disappointed. Very friendly/helpful staff, a kick-ass loyalty-points system, plus the delivery service has been a literal life-saver since all the covid chaos. It's super quick and convenient, plus they might even throw in some extra goodies for special occasions. My "holiday bonus" was a beautiful assortment of edibles. I feel so special and taken care of. These guys rock!

The parking lot is a little confusing and it's not always the quickest stop but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the location makes it convenient to pick up goodies if you're headed west.

The place was tiny but the staff were friendly and professional. Things were very expensive but that may be due to wholesale prices. Not too crazy about the sales room set up which was tiny and secretive but maybe it was due to security concerns or legality. Would have liked to have just browsed the showcases but there really wasn't any. When I was in Colorado last year the salesroom was 500 sq ft with rows of product to select from. Hopefully in time the Fire Station can expand their size and product selection. Looking forward to some Kief and maybe hash. Good Luck guys Hope you have a bright future.

A great experience, all things considered with COVID-19, they're doing a great job! They're moving customers in and out of there for their curbside pickup real quick, and it's difficult to do that at the local grocery store. All the employees were friendly and helpful and were clearly working hard (as in literally jogging back and forth for orders and to direct traffic safely.) I was impressed with the streamlined process and it worked to near perfection for such a young store. Plus, they all wore a mask, which — don't kill me — I really appreciate.

Great selection of products and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owners are local and you can tell they care so much about their customers. I have mobility issues so ever since they started offering free delivery I have been ordering online and getting it delivered to my house - so incredibly helpful to me. Absolutely love this place!!

Found this place on weedmaps as I was driving through the area. Seen some comments about the security named Dustin. I ran into him working pickup (I think) and gave him a hard time. He ended up being tremendously helpful. We ran into someone else in line who said he was the first one to help them with their issue and helped them set up a device on his off time even. This place is by far the best weed shop I’ve visited and I’ll be back again on my way through. Thank you firestation!!

Don't know where my last review went from over 2 months ago when they opened as we were floored by their professionalism but here goes again... Best dispensary in the UP! The staff were very kind and helpful. The facility was wonderfully clean and neat! Made me feel like I was going into a nice clean pharmacy. Hope they open more facilities!

Prices are ridiculous and the quality of the dabs was horrible for over 50 a gram. The dabs were dried out litterly just old, barly any flavor and just smell horrible burned straight butane dabs horrible. Truly not what I like to see in our first dispensary in the area abusing the supply and demand with low quality medicine. Place Is so greedy they even dropped their daily deals on mon and wed from 10% to 5% really cant even give us one day at a decent price straight greedy were medical not recreational should be affordable stick with your caregivers untill this system figures itself out.

Prices are insane! I can get an eighth in Oregon for $20 and they charge $60 here. Also $600 for an ounce??? What on earth??
