Shady, dishonest, and rude — do NOT waste your time or money here. I came in as a first-time customer while visiting California, excited to try this dispensary. I spent $66 total (which was adjusted to $50 after they said an item was out of stock). I purchased two $16.50 AIO vaporizers and two pre-rolls. According to their Weedmaps listing, I should’ve received a first-timer deal, but they refused to honor it. Their excuse? Some unclear, made-up policy that “you have to buy a $35 item” to qualify. This was never stated anywhere on Weedmaps or in-store. When I asked for clarification, they fumbled with excuses that made no sense. After reviewing my receipt, it was clear I had spent $50 on products — and still, they refused to give me the deal. When I went inside to calmly ask about it (despite my anxiety), the woman working there was incredibly rude and went as far as to accuse me of buying for someone else. That was beyond insulting. I was there alone, just wanting to get what I was promised — instead, they treated me like a liar. All of my items were unopened. I didn’t want a refund; I just wanted the half-off deal they advertised or some sort of reasonable compensation. But no — they made up rules on the spot, couldn’t explain them, and acted like I was the problem. This was not just poor customer service — it was straight-up shady business and false advertising. If you plan to shop here, be prepared to get scammed unless you question everything beforehand. I can almost guarantee they won’t reach out or try to make this right. They clearly don’t care about integrity or treating customers with respect. This was a terrible first impression and a waste of money. Avoid this place.

Do go. I’ve been going here regularly for two years and never had a problem. It’s my local dispensary so, I’ve been frequently and have spent plenty of money. The last time I went I bought an 1/8th. While I was walking back home I pulled the 1/8th out of my bag to show my partner what I got us and to my discovery the bag was deflated, unopened, and with NO WEED in the 1/8th. I was very confused because the bag was NOT deflated at the time it was sold to me so, I searched my bag to see if maybe the weed fell out or something? There wasn’t anything and the 1/8th was still sealed. That has never happened to me before ANYWHERE. As soon as I noticed (probably less than 30 minutes), I ran back to the place (literally ran) I was out of breath. I talked to the girl behind the counter and explained what happened, they were very confused too but, replaced it with another. FLASH FORWARD to today 4/20/24. I handed my ID to check in, they scanned my ID and handed it back. Since the music was so loud I thought they were saying “oh! You’re back.” And I was like “yeah, I’m back!” I stood waiting for the doors to open. When that didn’t happened I looked at them confused. To my surprise, they told me I wasn’t allowed back because they “saw that there was weed in the bag when they sold it to me.” I explained to them what happened (again) and they still refused to let me come back and told me I was banned.

They do not care about their loyal long term customers.

alright, nothing special. Prices are a bit over the top, dont blame the taxes. Can find fresher jars down the street, same brand, lower price, better dates. Budtender seems to be just that. Did a whole Uturn when they recommended traditional chad weed.... not the place I would return. Suggest checking out spaces further down south central - gorrilla rx - the pottery - NACC - LA Fresh Farms - Green Queen legal and knowledgeable.
