This was my first time coming in to this dispensary. The service was amazing and the selection was just as good. The prices are amazing! I don’t know that I will ever go to another dispensary in Eugene.
We've been going here for awhile, both medicinal and recreational, and have noticed a drop in quality of the late. Flower tends to run a bit dry and employee was adamant about not having Frank's Gift for years when I bought it there within the last six months. Love that it's so close to us but hoping the quality improves so we don't have to go elsewhere!
A huge benefit of THC is allowing debit/credit card options for purchasing products. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Been coming here for a while now and its one of my favorite places to shop. But in my last few visits ive noticed the budtenders sift through and only pick the smaller buds with bigger and thick stems, skipping over others without. And to me this means youre trying short me on the amount im actually getting. I hope this isnt their new way of doings things and it wasnt on purpose. But when buying a large amount and I see the tender do this it makes me not trust them very much. Purposefully giving me the buds that have big stems.
I love the people here and the herb and oil are always priced at great deals. Overall great experience Everytime I go in there
I walked in the herbal connection the other day not knowing what I was really wanting to get and I spoke with Sydney! She explained all the products and answered all of my questions! She really helped me find what I was looking for! I was excited to try what I was recommended! She was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable about all of the products! ILL BE BACK!
My family and I have been going to THC since before rec when we had our cards and since expired, so since my personal household has been stuck on the rec side. with that being said i absolutely love pretty much everything about THC. BEYOND amazing customer service from most of the employees, great quality in their products, and reliability!!!! If you go in for long enough everyone will know you by name and generally what strains or products you tend to go for. I can tell them what I need from my medicine and they haven't steered me wrong yet. Any problems I've had with flower, joints, pricing, ect after I call and/or come in they have ALWAYS fixed it!!!! Even gave me the wrong topical one time and they let me exchange it. Communication is key if you ever have an issue call or go in they have never refused to fix a problem my family has had there (and I have 10+ friends and family that go regularly) None of us have ever had any major issues on either the rec or med side. My only issue and I've told all the budtenders this that I don't like 2 different $11gs with two different prices for the 8th. it's weird. no one else does it. It's literally my only complaint!!!!! Otherwise, spend your money here. Support the local community!!!!

THC is by far my favorite dispensary! Great prices, quality concentrate and flower! Sandra is frequently my budtender and she's an absolute pleasure to deal with. That girl could sell me anything!! Keep up the great work, guys!
This place is my favorite in town! Matt always knows the ins and outs of the products and helps to direct us to new items we will enjoy! Definitely recommended to friends!

Been coming to this store since it first opened. I live 25+ miles away and many other dispensaries are closer but these folks have the best selection, awesome bud tenders and incredible discounts/specials. Great store and you need to check it out!!!
Awesome location with ample parking. Excellent customer service as I enjoyed my interaction with Amanda. Flower and concentrate were both quality and fairly priced.

This is a decent little dispensary that's close to where I'm staying. They usually have a decent deal on flower going on and even if they don't nothings so expensive you'll regret going there, even their top shelf flower is affordable. I've also never had a wait over 5 minutes, if at all. So if youre in a hurry I definitely recommend this place. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, all smiles. I've been short just barely and one of their staff covered what I owed, which is extremely cool of them because they didn't have to in any way (that's how you keep customers rt). I've also been helped a couple times by a guy named Jimmy, super cool dude, very friendly and seems to know what he's talking about when I tell him what I'm looking for. I gave atmosphere 3/5 because it just seems average. Nothing really stands out to me. However they do sell pipes/rigs/papers so you won't have to worry about running around finding something to smoke with, über convenient.
I have Visited THC quite a few times and had the pleasure of talking with Kat on a couple of them. Not only does She have great energy witch makes it easy to talk to her , she is also very knowledgeable on EVERYTHING in there and will give you good options as well as how it will help you!!! Been to a different dispensaries around the city but now can compare. Was personally taken care by Zach, answered in detail different questions I had for a free strains. The location is beautiful, amazing they had parking! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again and have recommended to different friends.
I really enjoy coming in really enjoy the atmosphere staff is more steady. Alex I've really enjoyed talking with him. I like his style of being shy. Don't let him go anywhere. Jimmy and Darien are absolutely amazing! Supreme selection and quality, plus some of the best prices, and best bargain buds around town. There's always a welcoming atmosphere and great conversation held from my budtender when I'm there. Would 10/10 recommend (and do) too many friends and people I meet!

Love this location. Darien is SOOOOO chill and super helpful. I like the concentrate display, and all prices are clearly listed for everything.
