The Herbal Connection

Friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about products.

This my all time favorite store. It also happens to have my all time favorite bud tender Barb working here. Her knowledge makes my trips easy she listens to her customers needs and wants.

I enjoy the my exchanges and tonight was different because when I came in, the bud tender remembered my face and smiled. That’s the ultimate in my book. Very cool 😎

Reda great budtebder always polite and friendly

It went well found what I was looking for and nice service

Kai helped me and he’s definitely one of the best budtenders there. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff that is always helpful. Always a pleasure coming in.

I love my experiences at HC. My only gripe has been that some products (e.g., Lissa's Cookies) aren't available on a regular basis. Not HC's fault, and I understand products are not always available and some such as LC have shelf-storage issues. Just an FYI. Otherwise, this is my cannabis store.

Always do pick up. Guy with braids or dreads always give best service every time! Also represent the store in a manner u would think everyone in some type of service should just do their jobs! Great place to get what u need fast

Barb was so knowledgeable and charismatic. The best!

I’ve been to many dispensaries in my time, and I can confidently say this is the only dispensary in the Eugene/Springfield area I’ll go to. It’s such a great place and it’s always well-stocked with high quality and reliable products. All of the budtenders are friendly, remember who I am when I come in, and make me feel at ease, which warms my socially anxious heart. I especially appreciate Reda, who has been so kind, helpful, and patient with me, both inside the shop, as well as when delivering products to my home. As a chronically ill person I’m not always able to drive to the store, so having the option for them to deliver to me is so so so wonderful. Honestly, shout out to everyone that works here, because they’re all just that good! 🫶🏻

lots of strain options but everything here is all strategically priced so if you are like me and have a high tolerance then your paying way too much money here just to get high.

Reda was a plesant and knowledgeable budtender

I loved everything

Reda at THC is my go to budtender in Eugene, OR. So much good product, and I like to explore it all, so I rely on Reda to make solid recommendation’s, and he never disappoints. I was in the mood for some premium flower and Reda recommended Mendo Oranges. Can I just say… Great staff! Great selection!

I had gone in to look at some rosin and Reda helped me so much! He was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I left happy and with more then I thought I was going to get because they have a huge selection of everything. Thanks guys for everything.

Friendly budtenders and awesome prices and selection. They carry exactly the brands I like

Although it’s not in my direct path I’ve stopped here a few times and have been pleased with my overall experience each time. There is plenty of options, great service, and amazing products. Ashleigh has helped me each time and is awesome!!

Best at everything!

Reda knows his buds.

I've shopped all over town, but keep coming back to Herbal Connections. The staff is GREAT! If they don't know an answer, they find out. The delivery service is stellar here!! White Label is one of the best brands imo & they have the best selection, sales & deals!! I've used this place 3+ years & can't recommend another place like it! Great separate section for medical patients or people that need less stimulus. LOVE Herbal Connections!! (Shout out to Kara for her promotion to assistant manager!! She's the best!)

I received an email with one price and then I was charged a different price so I am bit bewildered.

always helpful, great deals and great staff!

Very friendly and helpful service
