The Herbal Connection

Sara is the best bud tender I’ve had!

They were extremely rude to me and my Uber driver. I had just had surgery and was waiting for about 20 minutes when they kicked me out just as it was finally my turn because they didn’t like that my Uber driver was waiting for me near the door. If there weren’t five of them outside causing trouble, they could have gotten me and several others out of there in a timely manner, but they were all outside trying to intimidate my Uber driver. I won’t be back and she won’t be taking anyone there ever again either. Btw, the parking lot was full and she wasn’t about to make me walk all the way to the back lot after surgery. This is a group of losers best I can tell.

Best shop in Eugene/Springfield. These guys have everything! Best budtenders in town. Shout out to Reda for driving to Coburg!

I have been coming to THC for awhile now and not only do they have a fantastic selection, the weekly/daily deals are great!! Will definitely keep coming!

Quality service and tree, hardly goes wrong even then its never terrible always decently solid. Love them guys and girls keep it up!

The bud tenders that do the delivery are some of the nicest, most compassionate, friendly people I've ever met. Especially Reda. So very happy to continue to order when the mood strikes and not have to DWI.

Ashleigh was awesome and helpful had me in an out!

Ashleigh was great .

Excellent selection in every price point. Helpful and knowledgable bud tenders. I found Reda especially tuned in to what i was seeking! There really is no reason to go elsewhere for all your cannibis needs.

Love this place! Always great customer service and great products.

Great prices and quick curbside pickup!!

Would give zero stars if possible, owner personally called me to verbally berate me until I was sobbing after I let them know one of their products made me sick and put me in the ER. Went as far as to say “I’m a liar and I’m not sick”. Been coming here for years and will NEVER be returning. Not to mention this is not an ADA complaint location, if you use a mobility aid look elsewhere.

The budtenders are: Nice Knowledgeable Kind *thank you to Reda!

Always a friendly and helpful crew!

I have had such an enjoyable experience thanks to Barb! She so courteous and accommodating with her happy energy. I always leave there feeling thankful. She answers all my questions and I know I will keep coming back as it is so convenient and comfortable you feel like family!😄

Had my first delivery from here and Reda was so helpful and patient. Will definitely deliver from them again!

great products and friendly service!💕

I have been coming to this shop for many years. Every week I drop at least $100. I have to say the quality of products as well as the atmosphere have diminished greatly! I use leafly.com to place my pick up orders due to being a single parent and not being able to come inside the store. I can't tell you exactly but over the last few months I've had product number discrepancies as well as lack of any information in general provided on leafly. I've noticed this mostly with extracts not having terp or thc/cbd information which leads to having to call the shop and disrupt the flow of sales. It's really frustrating when ypu have to call because of lack of information and then get told that "all that information is on our leafly" when it's not.. why else would I be calling?

Thank you Reda!! That was the BEST night sleep I've had in a long time... I'm impressed 💚🌿🤏💚 Jeaneva

I’ve been to a handful of shops in Eugene and Springfield, as well as some in Denver, Seattle, and Sacramento. The Herbal Connection is by far my favorite shop I have been to. The staff are super helpful in finding just what you need! The store always looks well put together and is easy to shop. They always have deals going, so you can save some green on your “green”. You won’t regret going here! Please tip the nice folks there! Trust me they deserve it!

Brenden is hands down the best, me and my fiancee have come in multiple times and he always gives over the top service, and very knowledgeable about everything he sells. Give this guy a promotion

They did amazing considering the holiday! I completely forgot. But they still fulfilled my order in a timely manner. Thank you THC

My budtender was Chris, he helped me find something that was within my range and didn’t let me down! I love the store! A ton of flavors to choose from! Highly recommend

My partner and I have been going to this specific location for 5 plus years and will continue to ONLY go to this spot. We use the call-in to pick-up method often. I would say 90% of the time we've had exceptional service and very pleasant conversations. Most everybody that is employed at this location is so helpful and patient. A big shout out to Katy! She is awesome. Also you can't go wrong with Kaprikorn farms, Top tier quality!!
