This dispensary has a very bad habit of not updating their online menu, and I'm not talking their leafly page the actual website menu! This dispensary lost my business today for good just for that reason! I came in for specific brand and strain only to be told the menus weren't updated... at gas being 5 bucks a gallon that was the last straw, period! I was even lied to about the thc content on the stuff I asked about to replace what I came in for! 20% cannibnoids is different from thc content, your bud tenders need to be educated! So sad it had to come to this as I actually liked mint but its been going down hill fast and badly. Corporate greed and sh$tty managers is to blame! Way too many dispensaries out here to settle for this garbage ran company! UPDATE YOUR MENUS REGULARLY! And how come we can't place online orders for the mesa location?? Seems odd or some type of sh$tty management choice! Is it because people keep ordering stuff that is out of stock and management is tired of dealing with people complaining? Hmmm?? Maybe update your menus everyday!! Again lost my business permanently, rather go and deal with the Harvest down the street.

I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD. This place is not safe for PTSD veterans. I've been going to Mint for years. Today, 10/6/2023 at around 2:30pm i tried to drive into the Mesa Mint parking lot. A car was blocking the entrance so i had to go around it to avoid being hit by the on coming traffic. As i'm going around the car trying to get into the parking lot and avoid being hit the Mint security guard comes running out and stands in front of our car threatening and yelling at us to stop. I start to back up and he yells even more. He tried to hold us there so his friends in the car that had been blocking the way in could go ahead of us. I turned around and backed out as he yelled and threatened. It really triggered my PTSD. When i called to discuss it the manager at Tempe just laughed. The Mesa management didn't seem to care. I will avoid this dispensary from now on. It's not a safe place and the violence towards customers comes from directly from the employees.

Went to pickup an online order and the line was out the door. I just left. I'm not standing outside to pickup an online order, get your shit together. Will never come back

Firstly the levels listed for cannaboids on the products were incorrect, if I had known the actual levels I would never had ordered. Secondly they were out of a product I ordered, and a secondary option. When I asked for more options I was sent a link to the mint website to see what was still available which the website still listed the products they said they were out of. I told them to complete the order minus the missing items. Thirdly When I did make the purchase I was charged recreational tax when I am a medical customer and had already showed the my medical card twice in that visit. Going to try to avoid going to this location ever again.

The mint is my #1 go to spot!! Always happy leaving here 😀😌

The mint mesa hands down has the worst people answering the phones, which for the people who are calling, it's the first portion of an entire experience or maybe no experience due to being told something is out of stock when it isn't or that some thing isn't on sale when it is to name a couple. Thank goodness they have management that at least know how to get the job done right, and do it. Long story short I was very clear with my budtender who is either incompetent or just lies to try to screw customers, cashier 30304, I was very clear about shopping the bogos and went with the 3pack of wtf blunts which are average but I suppose worth it bogo free. I believed him he seemed to be responding when he "helped" me he brought out 4 packs too different strains but I get outside and have one pack of blunts, I call and ask if they are bogo and don't say I was just there, she gets someone else who quotes the reg price, I say I kno the price are they bogo for Father's Day they get another person who tells me only the singles so I ask for a manager and I can't spell his unique name b it he looked up their website as I had, and saw that my eyes work and so do his. Told me to Go ahead and come in to get the other 3 pack no questions after that didn't make me open my bag, handled the mistake of the budtender and the lazy dont take pride in their work and don't care what they say to a patient on the phone whether it's even true or not. Despicable and disgusting and it's not the first time.

I called about a bogo deal that was listed online and was told as long as it's listed bogo they will accept it! I wasted 15.00 ubering each way=30.00 wasted. Still bought the products. Very sus! Wasn't like this before.

I come here and was very disappointed this visit. I called ahead to find out some info and was told one thing over the phone when I got there it was a different story. I frequent this location because it’s close to my house but now I need to find a different dispensary to go to

ihad questions ineeded answered But wasn't able to go in to ask. When icalled someone named Sam answered to help me and he was sounded like he was happy to help! Will be going back soon

What's the point in doing an online pre-order if you still have to stand in line and wait?

I have shopped at the mint in the past and lately I've been shopping there and getting great deals bud tenders seem more patient and knowledgeable as well , I love the free weed Fridays and nocturnal buds deals plus that the type location is now 24 hours is tight as heck The Mint is doing great things for us. This is my first review I don’t want to right just makes me made so I call up to ask if there now doing the review deal girl said yes and then ask d her manager he said as long as u hwve the card so I walk all the way down there JIST to be told no in my face the girl who helped me was awesome 😎 but when the manager came out he was kinda rude .. saying we don’t do that no more I said I just talked to someone a hour ago and they said yes I said you all need to get on the same page then he looked at me like I was dumb then I said I see how much I spend up on here then u won’t be giving me that look said oh well give u one pre roll this time them looked at me again like I was dumb then of course went yo the computer and sure noted my account but to bad o didn’t while u noting account just scroll down see how I spend there and thank me I hel u get a pay check I’m thinking I might have yo find a different dispensary that likes my money cause this manager smh idk like the people inside awesome that manager not so much I swear idk happened to the customer service these days but some people even need to take some classes for real and I’m going to let on for a different dispensary it’s a shame I’m out !!! Hope u guys see this review and give that manager customer service class along with security!!!

Ashton was my Budtender, he was not only professional but helped me find high potency flower from Shango which happened to be BOGO today! He helped me get my edibles i needed for this upcoming weekend. He didn't rush me like other Budtenders do, gave me enough time to make not only an educated selection but one that fits my budget he was like a buddy from college.

This place is the best place in town I don't go anywhere but here they treat you with respect they give you the best deals possible

The front desk was abrupt and entering instructions unclear but all changed when I got to the budtender. She was informative, patient, and kind. I'll be back.
