The Mint Cannabis - Mesa (Med/Rec)

I had a horrible day today and of course was 1.20 short and my budd tender helped me out I love this store amazing ppl. I also am a single mother so the fact I can bring her in with me to grab my medication thanks again.

Extremely disappointed putting in an online order for it not to be there but getting the confirmation email that it was there driving to receive nothing that I truly ordered highly disappointed

Been to mint a few times in the past year but had multiple instances where my pickup order was incorrect or was incorrectly charged for what I bought. 3 strikes 🚫

The service and the atmosphere is a five out of five. It’s always a vibe pulling up the staff is always cool. The quality isn’t always there for me. I feel like mint dispensary specializes in their food at the other location but when it comes to overall weird, they don’t exactly have the best selection but that’s not saying that it’s all bad he just got to get him where there’s good deals.

The staff is loud and obnoxious. The bud tenders rush you to pick products and are not sincere with recommendations for selecting meds that are available to the customers. From my end, they are too concerned with profitability and getting patients in and out of the store. My recommendation for the Mint dispensary — respect your customers patronage.

I was shorted two infused candyland pre rolls. Check your merchandise carefully before you leave. I’m pretty pissed off

I got some great deals! I do agree that you should have some limits during bogos. However, I am NOT some unemployed loser because I go early, just different work hours. FYI

I don't really don't do this but Im gonna do this cause I feel disrespected after spending what I spent in here. My budtender sold me on a SHANGO BOGO 1/8. What I got was one SHANGO 1/8 and one 1/8 of bottom tier house flower in a SHANGO jar not sealed. I go back up there and speak with the budtender and who ever the manager guy was there. They both agreed it was not the same product. The manager guy walked off and the budtender said sorry about that I don't know how that happened so I'm gonna replace it for you and you can keep the open Shango jar with their bottom tier house flower like he was doing me favor. False advertising it a difference between Shango and Mint bottom tier flower. Nobody could tell me how this happened makes me think it was done intentionally probably never going back!

Great experience

I absolutely love coming toint dispensary because they always got ways to beat he heat In special s and always have a variety of flower and or any other cannibis needs! Hope you take advantage soon of the free weed! The got a lot of stuff going on!

I stopped here after work today, not a good experience. The security guard, before I could get to the door was very rude yelling about where I parked which was not marked as no parking and is a part of their lot, and using racial slurs. Product are overpriced but okay. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere in a nicer neighborhood.

This place will take your order online and never complete it. They will tell you it’s ready via text and it’s not ready. The last 2 times orders were not completed but we told they were. Then told us to try back in a hour. Terrible

I placed an order online and as I was waiting in line they decided to cancel it. I was aware they had a 3 hour hold but I went to pick it up one hour after I placed it. Bad service.

just a note to say thanks for the great service your people are top of the line. always helpful, friendly, they tell me about deals even your security is cool. and thanks for the early bird and the new deal on shake it really makes a big difference . anyway see you friday.

you guys at Mint need to bring back online or phone orders. everywhere else they do but not you guys.

The Mint is the best dispensary around because of the Bud tenders and the BOGO deals on "Free Weed Fridays!!" I live in San Tan Valley and have been coming to The Mint - Mesa every Friday morning for several years now. I want to recognize the amazing Bud tenders that I get to interact with, week after week: La La, Olivia, Dawna, (Heather and Patrick at The Mint - Tempe) and Hector (security)! I would like to express that if you ever have an issue with The Mint - Mesa dispensary, just ask to speak to the person in charge at the time. I was having trouble getting my, now three times renewed, medical card to scan correctly, so Olivia and Payton were able to resolve the issue with that. Thank you Olivia and Payton! I also want to thank Rudy for having the best dispensary around with the best deals!!!

I can't say for the product because we couldn't get into the store. I placed 2 orders 1 for me and one for a family member we only received an email stating that the store had received the orders 6 hrs later still no texts or emails on the orders tried to communicate thru the chat feature where I placed my order still nothing also tried calling got a recording. So we make the 45 min drive only to find that the place was so packed that there was no way I could physically get into the store , I'm in a wheelchair so much for being handicap acceptable. DO BETTER!!!

Your Item 9 Orion pods consistently have a bubble in them. And I’ve never had that happen at any other dispensary. Are we sure somebody is a test driving these things?

I've been to all of the dispensaries from here to the Grand canyon and mint is the best there is on every level not to mention they never close at one location. Long live the kings of kind!!! Mint is worthy of it's name multiple ways😉
