Went on 11/11/22 and I saw they were having a deal where the first 100 customers received this goody bag. 1 random medicated item was suppose to be in it. When I got home it was filled with coupons and a lanyard. False advertising much?

unfortunately I was just scammed over at this dispensary. They have advertised half an ounce Shake for $49. I have a lot of experience as a grower and also as a smoker. this was sugar leaves mainly and not Shake big difference in quality. they lost me forever as a customer when they wouldn't do anything about it after speaking to the manager. if they would of offered me even just a pre-roll as a good gesture that would have gone a long ways with me but they didn't even do that.

Went on 08/27/2022. My cashier was nice and let me know about all the sales and promotions, but Kara let me know about the flyer in the New Times for BOGO anything in the store, which saved me a ton of money since I was buying a half oz of Grow Science. Thanks Kara. Love the Mint, always shop here, worth the drive down here from Prescott, hands down.

So I enter this location and get in line to check in. 1 person at the counter, 2 in line ahead of me. Over the next few minutes the line continued to grow. The single check in employee was working to get the same patient checked in, probably a new patient and needed the extra time. I looked into the back and realized there was no one waiting in line to be directed to a register and a few budtenders with empty registers. Common sense would dictate the floor manager or some sort of supervisor getting another check in lane opened to clear the bottle neck at check in. This did not happen. However one motivated BAMF of a budtender seized the initiative and moved herself to the second check in lane to clear the back log of people trying to get in and spend money in your shop. I don’t imagine she is an owner but she certainly demonstrated exemplary leadership potential and most certainly should be promoted ahead of her class (give her a raise). Zoe with the green/aqua hair should be considered as one of your most valuable employees as her actions reduced her ability to make tips in favor of improving the overall customer experience. Also you may want to consider either training your supervisors to to shift labor on the fly like that or just promote Zoe.

I asked for 2 rosin grams but budtender rang up and gave me only one rosin as Resin in same brand. Now I haven't smoked Resin in over a year and called to ask for exchange of right products.also willing to pay higher fee since rosin is more than Resin. I literally was told they didn't have rosin in that brand even with a gram in front of me on my counter. Not going back there at all since the "system" showed Resin not rosin. clowns. online menu still shows rosin from good things coming. nice try folks

I just want to give a shout out to an employee at Phoenix mint dispensary his name is Ronnie he is awesome he has a green goatee oh, and he is the most patient and humble budtender I've ever met in my life. This guy is absolutely customer service beyond 5-star rating he is awesome. I live all the way in Ahwatukee which is 85048 and I drove all the way there and boy oh boy am I glad I did what a great experience and I will be back again just because of Ronnie thank you Ronnie oh, I am enjoying the slap and tickle strain that I have purchased

Used to be a go to to get in and out but has gone down hill went in to get a Sunday goods pre pack eighth after seeing online they had multiple strains in stock, but was told after literally just turning around as his searching that they didn’t have it. After I had waited for 5 minutes just for him to search it up in the system but told me he had no idea where it was then looked around saw it was on one of the selfs and told me they didn’t have it. Then tried to upcharge me on more expensive worse quality flower.

with them taking away online ordering and now one line for medical and rec will not be going to mint anymore absolutely no benefits for medical at all

I bought an ounce of shake for their 420 deal it is called gorilla goat. it is the most disgusting smelling and tasting marijuana I have ever had in the decades I've been smoking. I have a feeling that it got moldy before they sold it. really sucks cuz I could have used that money to buy something that I actually liked.

This place is Just awesome hands down. They have since a great selection and it’s always so fun to come to this dispensary. Oh and did I mention the free tacos are amazing! Keep on keeping on yo!

Garbage location. Online prices dont properly clarify if a discount is already applied or if its the original price. Location plans to cancel online orders. Despite two different lines, i still waiting twice as long as someone standing in the rec line

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional and... very misleading on their "new medical patient" deals that ultimately they do not honor. Young man must have called me "bro" a dozen times before i quietly and politely asked if he could please not call me bro anymore, his immediate knee jerk response was "if you're gonna be rude bro you can just leave". So... i did but, not before trying to bring it to the management's attention, trying because i had to compete with a yelling woman inside the dispensery at the same time. What a shame, just another fancy dispensery with incompetent staff that will run it into the ground and do not even care if they do... Never again, you lost a patient.

Their leafly menu is never up to date. It’ll show tons of flower but once you get there they’re always out. In and out pretty fast there. Clean and wide opened. Definitely feels like an actual business and doesn’t feel shady at all.

I come to this dispensary more than others because its convenient location. However I do prefer other dispos because they have better deals for medical patients. I cant remember my favorite bud tenders name or I would shout him out. Always a great experience with him.. others not so much. Recently I was over charged here. I just wanted my money back. I was told I would get 20$ credit. I needed my money back and the manager just gave me 20$ out of his wallet in front of everyone. I dont know I guess to shut me up or maybe he didnt want to deal with it but I was so embarrassed. I did not want HIS money. Just simply wanted MY money back. I dont care if it was less.

Customer service needs improvement, I did an online order at 11:55am never got a text about my order, call the store on Bell Rd. the guy I talked to was more interested in helping walk in customers. Went to the store to pick up my order was disappointed in you Customer service. Your employees showed more interest in non medical customers and their willingness to help them. The person helping me was NOT in a good mood. I used to love this place.

At this point since y’all “illegally” took my digital card I’ll see what I have to do to report y’all.

I’ll never go back there again, I made a purchase of a quarter oz and a preroll. So I paid for it all the product was still on the counter I never touched it and it was NOT bagged and I change my mind cuz I wanted to get a better grade. But tender says I can’t give you that money back because I already rang it up. I said well I haven’t walked out the door with it so how can you have sold it to me well you gave me the cash he said and nothing I can do. Also did not get my old man discount. From now on it’s going to be HEALTH FOR LIFE, just down the street and way nicer people. Screw you!!!!!!!!

It's like the dealer you go to says their product is fire, and end up spending 60$ for an eighth of mids. As trash as recreational can be. Margins bruh, it's not about the medicine.

Mint always delivers Always nice when you come in or call I got 2 pre rolls and they gave me a free pre roll for.happy hour and all pre rolls were delicious 😋 they got the best edibles too especially their in house edibles..fast service always in stock or have great recommendations ...definently top 3 dispensaries
