The Prime Leaf - Midtown (Med/Rec)

Long time customer but after my last two visits, will probably not go back. 2nd to last visit I was told that my issue with their points ( Veterans receive 2x), would be fixed. Get there to find out it's not and their response was it's whatever the computer says, like it's alive and telling them what to do ( no ownership). Last visit, bought the Huxton BOGO and go home to find that one ofy canisters had been opened already. I go to pick it up and my medicine spilled all over the floor 🤬🤬. Guess I'll need the warning and TBH, there are better dispensaries that aren't so Corporate.

I absolutely love this place! All of the staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and are always doing things as quickly as possible for their customers.

Great service , great products ... this shop is hands down the best in Tucson, they show there passion for the meds and it shows 🙌

Usually I like this place pretty well. Did a phone order last week and picked it up and when I got home learned there they gave me Cannalope haze instead of the Durban Poison I ordered and paid for. Check your order before you leave.

I was very disappointed when I 1st walked in I advised I was a new patient I was told “you know we close in 6 minutes “ then when I handed the guy with red hair my Id he snatched it out of my hand like me being there was inconvenient instead of taking an extra couple minutes to make me feel welcomed the red head said “ usually we give a little education and talk about products but we’re pressed for time” again I felt I was an inconvenience then a girl comes from the back grabs the tip jar from in front of me and not even an excuse me she puts the jar back and I don’t leave shit because that was RUDE! I actually walked out of there crying.....I had a really bad day, I needed some meds to feel a little better and the employees made sure to make me feel like shit because I showed up BEFORE closing if you are open until a certain time then be open! I have never had an issue at any other place but I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to go to The Prime Leaf.

I love how the budtenders always give great suggestions I don't just feel like a number there,I feel like an appreciated patient they may not have the lowest prices but they have quality products,decent sele tion and give discounts as often as possible .decent point system.they are absolutely top three in Tucson in my opinion.thank you.

The product is good sometimes borders so so but I've found that to be the case with most dispos. Here I try to pick my loot based on strain and/or brand. I normally like to use the over the phone pre order system. And usually only get concentrates. One negative is that the concentrate strains aren't listed here or on the actual prime leaf website, only the brands also they don't have the potency levels for any of the concentrates listed. You have to call and ask what's on the menu when placing pre orders because of this. I get a sense from the staff that this is more inconvenient then it should be. Just update your online menus to take advantage of your pre order system and it might make it easier for everyone. Because I thought it would be easier to see the menu first hand I actually ordered in person today. Sadly my order was wrong for the first time. With about one other person in the store I can't say what exactly what went wrong but I didn't find out about the mystery strain until I get home later. It's partially my fault because when the total was 4$ more then it should have been I didn't take notice right away. Theres a 20% discount for concentrates. So I could have actually saved that 4$ had my order been correct. Looking back I would have appreciated a product confirmation. I do take half the blame though and I would still recommend coming here because of the specials they have daily I'll be more cautious next time.

I love shopping at this store, the people are always friendly and very helpful. I love the way they don't sit around and talk while the customers wait too. They seem to move the people in and out while maintaining kindness and great customer services. I shop there often and will continue to do so!

please go back to mohave or let us choose between them and the new brand on 8 gram for a 100 mondays. the new brand has no terps and is not a medically on par with the mohave. love this spot and the customer service and the quality of meds i just dont like this new change

Dont get the $4.20 prerolls. Taste awful. But i guess you get what you pay for. Otherwise its an dispensary.

Wow what an awesome experience. My first time here and I'm excited about coming back before I even leave. The amount of options they have are endless. never thought I could ever be overwhelmed with my medication options. Talk about a kid in a candy store. The deals on airopro cartridges are best I've seen yet. but because of their deals, I can afford to explore better ways of achieving the pain relief to get me functioning normal. It feels great to know it's not always about the most amount of profit they can make but helping their patience achieved their better quality of life. Thank-you prime leaf it truly does make a difference!!!
