This time was better than last week. My drive is 2 hours 1 way & I feel like that I’m not more important than anybody else but when I place a order & I am known to forget stuff from time to time & I get to the source & I had to wait 30 minutes someone scratched my name before roll call ! Anyway got back to the bud tender & I asked of they had any corsendo #11 cause it wasn’t on the order form I seen the jar in the corner of my eye & she said you will have to go back out & come back!!! Maybe that’s a rule idk I always thought in that situation she could have jus added it to my allready ordered order . Anyway the source is my # 1 store been to em all!!! The source has the best product best price all the way around !!! Thank you
I shopped at the source prior to the covid pandemic and I miss being able to pick out what strain I wanted by smell and the ambience of pre-covid where you could visit with your budtender more. Otherwise my online orders are usually filled pretty quickly and usually are decent quality. The discounted seeded stuff from my purchase before last was still some pretty decent flower despite having a couple of seeds
I'm in a LOT of physical pain; waiting room could be more comfortable...a lot more.

Wow talk about night and day from a couple months ago. Ordered online picked up and found out I am able to walk up and pick out what I want. While the online ordering is convenient, I love being able to go in person and talk to someone. The whole atmosphere is better! They seem to have more order now. Can’t wait for renovations to be complete. Love the murals!! Keep up the good work! Will def be back!
The security guard outside was amazing. I waited an hour for verifying saying my order was ready for pick up, that wasn’t too bad. I spoke with security outside and he told me I could go in since it should be ready. When I went in and spoke to the budtender he was kinda rude, I told him No notification was pushed through saying it was ready; now going on an hour an a half of waiting, so he kinda popped off saying that “the order will be ready whenever it’s ready.” ...it was ready. The security guard had to go in and press the button for me to be able to get the notification since no one inside did. Overall, I love the place, but that one experience was eh..

Ordered online. Quick in and out. Nice people. Will shop here again. Prices aren’t horrible. I like how they sell flower in smaller quantities. I get to try many stains this way.

After ordering online so that we could receive expedient service, we showed up on August 14 to pick up our order and the parking lots were so full and the line so long that we had what looked like a very little chance of getting in to pick up our order by the 6:30 closing time so we had to just give up our order and drive 20 miles back home. It was hot and too far for my wife to walk to the shop. We are older and a two hour line wait is too much for a good deal on a couple joints worth when we made it so easy for you by ordering online. We spend a lot of money here, but maybe we need to shop elsewhere, where if you have a pickup order they attend to you quickly. We have always enjoyed doing business here until now. We are glad you had an outstanding sale day.
I like the prices and the quality but the customer service sometimes isn't great.and orders do take a long time.but that is going to get better im sure.I love the location and I like that the prices are better than other dispensaries.I really want to be able to come in and see all the strains this virus crap needs to stop and everything needs to go back to normal when we could see the buds and even choose which bud we want.I loved seeing a large bud and saying I want that one ..but now I can't do that and that's not the sources fault I know that ..I love the source they are the best for price and convenience.the location is the best also.thanks for being a great dispensary and thanks for knowing my name it makes me feel good .

awesome selection and great customer service
Omg thank you for opening up the waiting area so we don't have to wait outside in our cars in this weather. And thanks for getting my online order ready quickly.
Budtender apologized for the wait, but I was just pleased as punch to sit in some air conditioning. Good job taking care of your patients.
It’s definitely improved lately with the online order pickup windows. Online pickup parking spots would make sense as well. 😉 I’d like to see discounted pricing for bulk strain orders come back. That was a big plus for TS. Some good staff, some meh. Product is the same product you get in other NWA dispensaries.
Just like old times waiting around all day on the weedman to serve you. Apparently they are ok with having their customers hang around for hours in their mud-filled parking lot. It’s a bad look for business, and I’m surprised the neighboring business and homes have not complained.
My last visit, the guy handing out numbers greeted me when I pulled in. He did not give me a number but did tell me he would come get me in just a sec. (I was parked right in front of the door.). Not three min later, a car pulled up beside me, and the number guy gave rushed over to give him a number. When it came time for the next up customer to go in, the number guy came and got the guy who pulled in after me. I confronted the numbers guy, and he told me it was my fault for not getting a number from him. And then proceeded to chastise me about how busy he is and how much he’s got going on.
Excellent Folks and Great Prices! By the way I have had wait times even 2 hrs coming from Missouri! The Folks are good people, stop blaming everything going on in the World today on them.I have waited for 2 hrs after driving from Missouri and was glad I did got the best deal and quality bud anyone would be pleased to have. This is not overthecounter meds so "Dont" take it for granted.Give thanks to God for the blessings.

I recently had a bad experience, but came back and they seriously leveled up. I think with the growing pains and covid, a lot of things were just going wrong. But, they really took it up a notch and am now a very happy customer again.

They came in highly recommended for my first time visit and they couldn’t have been more thorough and kind mannered, helped explain the process and search for what I needed. Not to mention, the quality is tremendous.

I am trying to be as patient as I can possibly be, but they asked my opinion so here it is. Since they are only taking online orders, I would think that the process could be speeded up. It should not take more than a couple of minutes to give you your order and take your money. It is all cash so no slowdown with checks and cc’s. Otherwise, this is a very nice group of people and the service is good. I know that these are not normal times and I appreciate the dispensary being open. Thank you!!!

UPDATE on previous review. I made it to work on time. I updated the quality rating because it was exactly what I expected and wanted. I also updated the service because the budtender was helpful and weighed my product in front of me and I like that. I didn't update the atmosphere because I didn't feel that the atmosphere was any better than previous visits, however they were doing what appeared to be a remodel, so heres to hoping. I still won't be back, as no other dispensary I visit takes over an hour to prepare online orders, and I have never had an online order canceled "to help me faster".
I usually don’t have anything bad to say but I got some Banner 33, got it home and it was very tiny flower that was full of stems and leafy. Very poorly manicured. First time I’ve ever had this problem didn’t call and complain because it was $8.25 a gram and I’m figuring that’s why it was on sale👎👎 always love the customer service though. My advice is to check your online orders before you leave the building.

Staff is so incredibly helpful and just great people to be around! The building is modern and clean, and the SMELL is heavenly. Never been so happy to spend money.
It’s always a great experience.... I’ve learned to not order online Thursday through Saturday Since they’re super busy those days, some days it’s super quick some days it takes a while, but I’m always treated like family, they’ve done a beautiful job with the remodeling and I love the green wall they have now 👍🏽👍🏽
I love this place! The prices are better than other shops in the area and the people are always friendly and happy to help answer any questions. When they happen to not have something I've ordered for pickup they always communicate prior to me arriving and offer alternative options. I highly recommend The Source!

picked up 1/8 an lite up a bowl an boom a seed pops. for 12.95 a gram there should be no seeds very sad.
These guys do a pretty good job given the current situation with COVID-19. Decent bud, friendly staff, but the wait times can be pretty long depending on when you place your order. The issue is with everyone ordering at once online they get a rush of orders; the parking is limited because they're working on expanding their parking lot so you may need to wait in your car for a bit, and they only allow I think a max of 2 customers inside at a time to try to socially distance people.
