Today i was not pleased with my visit! I had 2 orders Put the orders in at 10:30 am or so and then waited till 2 pm showed up there and they told me another 30 mins so i left then came back. Got the first one and told me id have to wait an additional 30-40 mins for my order to be filled i tried calling multiple times and they unhooked there or something... Kept going to voice mail. Like 40 minutes before they close at 6pm told me they had ran out of what i had pre ordered and if id like to substitute i tried calling them and also messing them on facebook and they read my messages and decided to ignore me i guess, becuase they were replying quickly before ... They left me on read So i showed up at 5:55by the time they came to my car they told me They were closed down for the day and sent me on didnt even let me ask the question about my order... Idk if it was just one of those days or what but i definatly felt disrespected. i had to give my honest review ...

Everyone was amazingly welcoming, showed me around, told me about the dispensary and its products, the folks. I thought they were awesome.

This was my second time here, or to any dispensary. Very good service and quality! The employees at the Source make it easy to order and pick up your products easily and fairly quickly. Especially while we are still in the midst of a Pandemic. They have you wait in your car and they come get you when it is your turn. While also, only allowing a few people inside the building. I have had a good experience both times and I'm sure I will return.

Really good place to shop at. The atmosphere of the place feels very sterile. Most dispensaries are a little more relaxed than this. They need to keep the website updated, especially for the Compassion shoppers needing the discounted price, such as myself. Quality of the buds are excellent, nuggets, fresh, just dry enough but not harsh. Lots of hybrids, would like to see some old school favorites such as Chem Dawg! They need to switch to cash free transactions. Would be nice to swipe my card for a purchase, being cash only works but another stop for me at the bank. Overall I really recommend The Source!

Always a great experience here. Staff are professional and accommodating. Ordering online and pick up is easy. Excellent covid19 safety precautions taken from staff. Also want to mention how great the staff is with my disabled mother when she comes in the store. it means a lot. these guys are great.

The only thing I could see that would need to change is that if you have to give out numbers to people why dont you just use the same system restaurants use and get the little disk that buzzes when it is your turn. Other than that the people are very nice and the place is nice as well.

1st time in The Source, super fast and i really like the fact they text you to notify if the strain is not available!

I have loved this place since the first time I stepped foot in the dispensary, despite the CDC rules and everything that’s changed they have kept their prices, their website, and their staff up to date. They have the best prices in this area. I might night get a text, but my product is ready, and they are happy to answer the phone and help with questions.

Prices some times don't match what's advertised online. Once at dispensary there's a different price on receipt that was online sometimes over charging. All in all awesome products just get the prices right Thanks guys 👍👌

Usually have a good experience here but found myself in fear due to the complete disregard for people catching Covid-19. None of the employees interacting with the public were wearing masks and it is hard to feel socially distanced when one of the teller windows is right beside the ATM that is being used by others. Promote a safer environment for your customers, especially those at risk seeking your top quality medical relief.

The source has the more choices and better quality of flower out of the 4 dispensaries in the area by far. I love acanza prices and discount but they only ever carry less then 10 flower products of the same strain. If your looking for a good variety of flower and multitude of thc percentages the source is the way. Would definitely recommend ordering a day before you are out and order immediately in the morning as to not have to wait all day or potentially the next day.

Everyone is so friendly. I love the number system on the cars for line holds. I have not had a problem yet! I highly recommend just order online as soon as possible, wait for your order to be ready, pull up and it's that simple. Cash only.

One week I hear that THC is not important, (sometimes). Then I look, and your 2 strains with the highest THC have gone up in price. What's up with that? Still you've all been great and I look forward to seeing you all again.

These folks have really stepped it up amidst this pandemic! I placed my order and within less than 10 minutes my order was ready. I appreciate the number placards they are using to keep people in their vehicles until their turn. I only had two in front of me. Kudos for putting your heads together and producing a plan making us feel safer.

These are the best people ever they will go out of their way to make you happy and to give you great customer service I wouldn't use any other dispensary other than this one best place hands down too get your meds when I say they're like family I mean they're like family if you're good to them they are so good to you they will go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience and a great day

I have been buying here since January 2020 and everything has always been Great! I bought a cartridge a couple weeks ago, it was bad, crystalized. The manager made things right Glad to see it’s opening back up with some cool artwork!

Passing out number tags to the cars waiting in line is a good system, however each time I come to this location, I have to flag down the person just to get a number in line and get skipped because the number tags were passed out to each car around me except for mine until I had to say something. My order was incorrect and luckily the cashier caught that but that was a second time that I had gone in and wouldn’t have been shorted on my order had their not been a second check in place. Overall, usually only come here as a last resort.

They wanted to put shake in my order and said that was what they had to do but it’s still full price

Who ever the assistant manager and manager are, they deserve a pat in the back and a raise. I seen this dispensary go up against alot since this pandemic. Yet the employee's attitudes remain positive. They continue to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and have good manners. The procedure is faster and more efficient. The atmosphere is just great. It isn't easy either managing any team in any business especially with a pandemic and it's complications it brings. You have those customers that you just can't make happy no matter what u do and those uncooperative employees who are so prideful, its toxic. Plus dealing with the pressure from upper management and the lower staff. They are doing a terrific job with what they have up against. Great job. 👏 Keep doing what you are doing. It obviously working.
