Everyone is really nice, really knowledgeable of what they have, wait time wasn’t long and everyone was pretty much professional! Been telling everyone about them! Their great!

This place sucks in so many ways. I had the most frustrating experience at this dispensary. I will NEVER be back. You treat you customers like trash. And there are better dispensaries with better products, prices, customer service, knowledgeable staff and better wait times. Be better. If you close your business early you should let your customers know. It should be posted online, the answering service and a message on the door. If you had done one of these things it would have prevented one of the most frustrating moments I’ve dealt with. Being ignored, disregarded and disrespected isn’t a fun time. I wish I could give you a -10 score.

Budtenders are Always Tremendously Friendly. They remember to add discounts. If the prices were always good, I would come here all the time.

I used to love getting delivery from this place but after having the experience of ordering and then being told I cannot get my delivery because the website they linked me to doesn't even take me to a place to pay. It's unfortunate how unreliable they've become.

I need to give a shout out to TLR and their delivery team! Amazing service and deals. Gotta shout out Eddie as he always is able to make things right if something goes out of stock due to the sale. Thank you again!

I love coming to The Living Room. The staff -- especially Israel (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) -- are always so so so so friendly and kind! They're knowledgable, and the deals are pretty good too. The Living Room also has a good community presence, which I appreciate. Great spot, don't sleep on them!

I love the vibe and staff at The Living Room. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable—always down to answer any questions. Downside, I wish they had better deals and sold Curio (I know why they don’t).

Eddie amazing customer service from 4/24/23

The service here is amazing. My budtender was so knowledgeable and helped me find the right strain for me and the delivery was seemless. Eddie even told me all the upcoming specials. Drive up curbside and delivery. A friend told me of a place with a "better selection." Maybe a different selection but I wouldn't call it better and the service is unmatched.

Crappy 420 Pregame experience on 4/16. Placed online order, text said it was ready, waited an HOUR!!!!, for them to then tell me they were out of 5 out of 8 eighths I ordered....which they already said was ready. 40 minute drive too. Complete and utter BS.

Didn’t even get a chance to shop there, called and got a smart attitude from the person answering the phone about the over priced cookies. I asked if they had any and was responded with a “better luck next time, oooo that sucks”, sounding almost like gene wilder at the end of Willy Wonka . Shut up and get outta here with that BS. Just say sorry we’re out of cookies, or how about “sorry sir next time we won’t list them on our website only to remove them 5 minutes before opening”. So did your staff buy them up or are you allowing online ordering before opening? Either way I can tell from that person they aren’t worth shopping at. No wonder they’re called the living room, it’s the most useless room in the house.

Always has great deals points and selection, staff is friendly. Wish terp/cannbanoid profiles were listed online, only thing I can think of to improve

PRICE RAISE / discounts cut :( The living room used to offer BOGO 50% off, essentially 25% off items depending on the day. During Covid they changed their deals to 22% off everyday, and 30% off if you bought an ounce of flower. They have now cut that discount to no further than 15% off anything, with no further discount if you buy an ounce. Used to be able to buy an ounce for $280, given it was $50 8ths before discount. That same ounce would now be $340. No more BOGO 50% off either. Management - We know you can bring prices back down and offer the previous discounts, so please do.

Not enough selections exspecially in prerolls

The service from The Living Room was great. My car is in the shop so their delivery service option is a lifesaver. Eddie delivered my medicine and he seemed very knowledgeable. It was my first time and he clearly explained the delivery process to me. I appreciate the great service. Thanks TLR!

I come from Annapolis, but work late shifts. Finally had a day off today to come by and see what the menu was about, I had heard wonderful things from a lot of reliable sources :) The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and personable, it was a very homey environment. Marva at the front desk was wonderful, and their selection of Evermore concentrates (my favorite) was off the charts!! I’ve never seen so many strains of Evermore IN ONE PLACE! Left spending a hefty amount but left the most please with my purchase I had ever been since I’ve had my card. At other dispensaries I usually I walk out with one or two questionable things I maybe later regret buying but not at Temescal/The Living Room. I wish I could remember the young ladies named that helped me it started with an “M”.... awesome personality!! So very helpful and had great suggestions about the menu for the particular brand I like. Thank you all!! I will be back so soon!!

I’ve been coming here a while and haven’t had a bad product yet. Staff is knowledgeable and very pleasant. In these times finding pleasant people is a big plus. With curbside pick up only the wait time is reasonable even when they’re packed. Pricing here is reasonable and their rewards program is wonderful. Even the new strain that dropped with a slightly higher price is less expensive than some brands on the market. This is the only dispensary I’ve been to lately due to the people and the pricing.

I can't believe Evermore raised their new grass strain price to $55.00! That's the highest price I've seen so far. As their old stock is depleted the new stock is more expensive. Also, it would be nice to see deals once in a while. Other than that price complaint, I love The Living Room and its staff. Great service with a smile, warning if order will take longer than normal, and great prodoucts.
