i visited torrey holistics this past week as a first time customer and i have to say that my experience was exceptional. there is something to say about storefront dispensaries. i felt like a kid in a candy shop. verifying my info was a piece of cake and as i entered, i was so stoked to see how clean and professional everything was. i had been to a couple other brink and mortar establishments prior and they all seemed a little shady. but TH was a pleasant surprise. i was greeted by a super friendly and knowledgeable budtender named alex and he gave me a quick breakdown of the layout. he was super awesome. they have a great selection of flowers, edibles, concentrates, clones, and more. i focused on some prefilled cartridges and some mints. this is by far the best storefront i have been to in san diego and i will be back. thanks again torrey holistics!

I actually came to the beer festival that was going on up the street and saw their shop on my way there. I decided to stop in and see what they had to offer since I was in the area. I loved the professional environment of the shop and how quickly I was serviced considering the amount of people were in the lobby when I arrived. The sign up process was quick and harmless and had to wait maybe 10 minutes at most before I was let into the back. I can't remember her name but this woman with purple hair helped me and was able to fairly quickly discern what type of flower I was looking for and describe the difference in strains to find one that would suit my needs. I decided on the Maui Waui and the Caramel Cake and couldn't be happier with them! My only issue with the lower star in quality was that I though the Caramel Cake was a tad on the dry side, but definitely still tasted great and very potent. I hope to be back soon! Thanks purple hair girl, best sleep I've had in ages!
A very nice shopping experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and knew just which products met my THC/CBD requirements. Super personable yet professional. The selection was pretty extensive, certainly enough to meet my needs. Buds were fresh. It's close by, convenient, discrete and clean. It will be my go-to for bud.
My first time ever going to a dispensary and let me say I was really nervous to go in, but the guards in the front are super friendly! And receptionist in the front was so kind and friendly and was really understanding. The person who helped me in the back was really helpful! He knew what he was talking about and really helped me find what I needed to help me with my pain! If you have any questions they will help you to the best of their ability or they will help you find an answer! Will be coming back!
I was very impressed, as a long time patient of RawMMC (their new partner), I had very high expectations. Bottom line, I couldn’t be more happy to say that the process, the team and most importantly the product selection exceeded expectations. Paul my ‘bud tender’ was super informative, personable and helped make the process all that much more a great experience. When out that way, I’ll be sure to drop by again, but honestly, with your delivery service being a five star experience in itself, you’ll probably see me at my place sooner. LOL. Great safe atmosphere, only complaint is one of the front desk ladies was very short with me and could’ve been more considerate of first time patients. The rest of the staff was completely positive and incredibly helpful! They have a wide variety of both bud and edibles, I will definitely be returning.

I've been a medical patient there since October. I tried to come in about a week ago and was turned away after waiting for about half an hour. Then, earlier tonight, there was a long line outside of the building. I stood in the line, as there was no indication that I should do otherwise (like a sign). After waiting about forty minutes in the line, I reach the front to have the security guard inform me that I didn't have to wait in line as a returning medical patient. I told him that there should be a sign, and he told me that there was one, in the front of the building (even though the parking lot is behind the building). When I finally got inside (>1 hour) I told the person helping me what happened, and they told me that they'd get me a preroll "next time I came in while they were working" (I've never seen this person there before). This doesn't seem fair, since and hour of my time was wasted TONIGHT, and since they didn't seem to make any note of this promise, I'm going to assume it was probably not a sincere offer. This experience, coupled with the fact that I'm often deadnamed and/or called "sir" by the staff (despite the fact that the only employee there that seems to give a shit has made a note on my file about my name and pronouns), has inspired me to never go back to Torrey Holistics.
