This place has its ups and downs. For starters, beautiful well kept building but kinda out of the way. Has had better product options in the past, but at least they’re fair in their pricing it seems. However, I have had two negative experience’s with this place. You really gotta keep an eye on pricing and when they place the product in the bag. In the past I bought a bunch of edibles (it was a larger order) and the guy did in fact short me even though he showed and counted the edibles in front of me. At the very end of all of this, they still made it right just had to make an unnecessary second trip for it. Today was when they’re running a promo for solventless products but didn’t exactly specify (ex., in the past, some promos didn’t show if a product was on sale, even though it was on sale). I tried ordering 1 gram and was told it wasn’t part of the promo. Just frustrating, because I only came with so much cash and I always wanna make sure to leave a tip with whoever is helping me out. Also they need to be a little more thorough with the details on every promo. All in all, not a bad store. I definitely feel like it use to be better in terms of quantity and quality when I first started going there years ago. The service aspect has definitely dropped off and with these reasons in mind, I will no longer be spending my money here. It’s funny though, I never have issues with the other shops in the area, just this one.

I placed an online order on the 1st and did not get my full order when I came to pick it up. I was admittedly in a rush and did not notice an item that I ordered was not present. Upon reviewing my emails, the confirmation of my order showed the flower I ordered, yet I did NOT receive it. The receipt does not match my order confirmation. Please help me rectify this. Regards. Your web page for mobile compared to web page for laptop are two different things. I never find the same items on the Mobile site compared to Laptop site. So bottom line, I don't even bother with mobile shopping anymore.

The gentleman running the online order window on 6/3/25 at 7 pm is not a very nice person, arrogant. Full beard, long unkept beard. Unkept person in general. Probaly in his 40s.

My husband and I have been coming here since they opened and recommended them to everyone we know simply because of the customer service and atmosphere. Tonight changed that all. I was greeted by an absolute sweetheart at the front desk. I had done an online order as I frequently do through this site. The estimated amount due is usually pretty spot on. This time it was almost a $10 difference, so when the gentleman told me it was more, naturally I was shocked, so I showed him the estimate and I was greeted with agression and hostility. So I quickly gave the extra and walked back out to the lobby. I decided to let the sweetheart at the front desk know that their prices are drastically different than what is estimated on this site, in hopes that a willing ear would listen and pass it along to whom it may concern. So when she asked if we had a second and she would relay the information to her manager, we said yes. You can imagine the emotions when that same hostile man I checked out with, came through the door with the same agession. Gently, I tried to let him know I was just letting her know so it’s something they can be aware of and get fixed. To say the least, my husband and I will not be returning and have told everyone we know what our experience was with this manager. Sad to loose customers over a bad manager but until that changes, none of us wish to return. The $10 difference was the sale price displayed on this site verses the original price on flower. It’s Weed Wednesday there, so flower is discounted.

everybody who works here always seems bothered to do anything, only dispo i have been to that stacks infused pre rolls as concentrates, everywhere else is 10g worth of dabs/carts and 10g worth of pre-rolls. top shelf flower is upper mid shelf at most, just very underwhelming after trying numerous times, always something.

Extremely disappointed. I did an online order for two tincures. When they were shown to me at the shop I only checked to see that they were the right ones. I never would have expected one of them to BE ALREADY OPEN MISSING ITS SAFTEY SEAL! Since it's open, I can't get a refund nor do I want to drive an hour and a half round trip for 30 dollars. Just extremely disappointed. Has it been used? Is it tainted? Who knows. I guess if you're ordering sealed products, make sure they are actually sealed before leaving.
