Been a customer at this dispensary since i was 22 i am 24 now. I have the right to be angry about being carded mutiple times and the way the employee wit the blue hair (the shorter one) disrespectfully responded to me about it an then slammed the door before i could say anything back to her is NOT cool. You can't have good customer service when your always putting your trainees at the front door. HORRIBLE STRATEGY. If it was YOU at the window instead. (yes im talking you shorter blue haired girl) we wouldnt be having this issue but NOPE instead theres a new person at the door everytime i decide to buy more weed.

i went there and i bought a quarter ounce, and i got the weed and it ended up looking less than a quarter, and i thought that when i got it. Then the next day i weigh it because it looks like there is a very little amount left and it said i only have 2 grams. so what that is saying is that i’ve smoked 5 grams in a day?? I know for a fact i didn’t smoke that much weed yesterday and if you do this at a dispensary you don’t deserve business
This has been a favorite dispensary of mine since it began. The prices were very competitive, and amazing product existed. However, it seems like everything has started to take a downward turn. From prices, quality, and quantity allowed, to the atmosphere. The staff are fine. They seemed friendly, though frustration and lack of patience was evident. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place anymore to anyone. Other dispensaries closer to my location will now be where I shop. Besides, more competitive prices and better quality do exist elsewhere.
Staff was friendly. They try to get u in as fast as possible. The prices are the cheapest in town and the quality is still great. The Floyd's locations are the best in Portland and other areas. Try this place out. I give it a 5 star all the way. Good job guys

THEY RIPPED ME OFF! Spent a Ton, (A TON) of money here over the Last few months. They over charged me by about $7 on last purchase, I'm medical Think they charged me Tax or something, maybe he wanted weed too, maybe he pocketed the Extra? Anyway,,,, Went back to get my money back or credit after it hit me,,,(I have brain cancer, don't think as fast) I got ripped off! Recently was in to get a half oz and 90% of what I received was stems. Not to mention the ridiculous number of seeds I found in the weed either. Probably the last time I’ll come in because I even watched the dude pretend to pick stems off as it was put in the jar then came home to find hardly any weed in my container.

I wanted to write a post because this place doesn't have many and out of the reviews it does have, one is just a customer shitting on the place because they couldn't clearly read that the prices were BEFORE tax, lol. This was the first dispensary I ever walked into, and the budtenders here are still my favorite out of all dispensaries I've been to since. The bud is VERY good quality for price, I have trouble finding a place with better deals for a decent ounce. I usually come here for their cheap-yet-potent ounces, but I've also taken advantage of their current top shelf sunday deal and tried an eighth of their best bud. Blew me away. So potent. I've since found higher THC top shelf weed elsewhere but its still hard to beat that sunday deal. I really wish I could afford to get more-- and on any day!! But until then, I'll continue to rely on those gloriously inexpensive ounces to get me through the month. (maybe more like two weeks.)

false advertising I normally don't right reviews, but this is the third Sunday in a row that I've come to this store to get there $30 top shelf deal, each and every time I've walked out of there paying more than $30. today, the bud tender tried his best, but go no help from management and had to tell me and 2 other customers that the top shelf eighths were $36 now, not the advertised $30. the store by Reed college is right next to my house but I will never set foot in this shop again. I feel sorry for the bud tender left there alone to deal with angry customers he can't fulfil the advertised deal. I would recommend avoiding this shop, if they can't live up to advertising, who knows what kind of other shady dealings they may participate in.

From start to finish my experience here was not good. Poor customer service. Poor environment. Poor product. I wish I would have walked out before my purchase. The girl working here made me feel rushed from the moment I walked in the door. It’s mostly because she was busy I’m sure but at the same time it stressed me out. Jus relax. It’s jus selling weed. Don’t take your job or yourself to seriously. Besides you work for tips. Make people feel uncomfortable and they are a lot less likely to give you gratuity. I mean I get it you’re the only buddtender and it’s busy but suck it up. Also the place is tiny. Like one or two ppl at a time. So yeah if one or more ppl show up it’s a nightmare. Last but not least. I asked for shatter and I got some last run/shake/leaf/blasted onto some wax paper that I wouldn’t let my dog smoke (jus kidding I don’t have a dog). So with that TRU I say good day!
Last night was my second trip to this location; I was met with a different budtender than my previous visit, with just as stellar of an experience as before. I stopped in for a $40 Ounce and a couple of grams of shatter, and knew ahead of time that tax wasn't included (unlike several of the other reviews); I got what I wanted and was on my way without any hassle, and a great deal on marijuana. The location is a little out of my way, including having to pass two of my old regular dispensaries (including the one right next to my house); but this quaint location and helpful staff will have me going out of my way for some time to come.
Inside of a house which was first for me, great deals for great weed. Staff wasn't very talkative which is a good thing IMO. Will be my new go to
I traveled pretty far to come here. Over an hour of travel time. I was looking for a specific strain that works best for me and my needs. They had what I needed at a really great price for the quality! The staff seemed knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful! I am very much thinking of coming back here again later and would recommend this place to my friends. Wish I lived closer though!
What I like is the budget selections, being I'm a vet who is disabled...and I don't have a lot of cash.this place allows me to medicate. It's my go-to place. There every two to three days!!!
I love Floyd's Broadway deals but some of the crew is squirrelly.
