Budtender are always very kind and welcoming. Super knowledgeable about all of their 50+ strains. I always get exactly what I am looking for when I come in. Erin, Kaylee, Caleb, Liam, Caroline, Yaz, Kaitlyn, and Allycia are a absolutely phenomenal crew!

Terrible customer service. I was served by a rude lady named Angela with the worst customer service I’ve ever had. She then told me that she didn’t have to serve me, and so i agreed and when i asked for her name she refused to give it to me, but I read it in enough time before she covered it. She then stormed to the back and the manager on duty came to serve me by the name of Alisha. When I told her my complaint her only recommendation was that if I come in and see Angela again to go to a different dispensary. I was very shocked that this was coming from the manager on duty !!! This was very sad seeing that I come in and spend my money in Floyd’s at least 3 to 4 times a week. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Being a first time customer, I will say I like the variety they have here. I can't afford the best of strains, so I like that they have bottom & mid shelf nugs. I checked their menu 3 times before my online order, XJ-13 was there, then it was gone, then it was back. I ordered it and when I got there, they canceled it off my order but it's still on their menu. I wouldn't suggest doing an online order because not everything is labeled as shake as it should be. But I will say, you will get what you pay for in price, and that I like. Just update your menu more please or just shop in store for those reading. :)

Good service, nice and respectful bud tender. But, upon checking my receipt after leaving, I was overcharged $5. And of course I was then charged tax on the overcharge. I should have checked the receipt before I left the store. It was a relatively small purchase, so didn't think to check. Not worth driving back for $5.

I get that the yellow label quality is less than the others, and I've been buying the $5 1/8ths for quite a while, but the last 1/2 oz I bought has 18 seeds in the first 3 buds I pulled out. Very sad customer 😫

I never had a problem until tonight. I went to pick up my order that was placed hours ago and I am told I owe an extra $6. I showed my text confirmation and order number and they still continued to be rude until I seen a manager, I don’t understand why any of this even happened. I got a $10 1/4 , taxes were $2 (I actually thought they were $4) so I had $14, I was told I only needed $12 in the text so that’s what I expected to pay, then when I get there, they argued with me about needing to pay $18. I don’t think I’ll be placing an online order again so there’s no confusing and conflict when I do arrive.

No comment on the quality of their herb but this company is responsible for some of the ugly unwelcome illegal signs sprinkled around our city. We have these laws because roadsides aren't for your free advertising, Floyd! Go pick up your litter!

Convenient location with sweet deals and super friendly staff! Darby always knows what's up and has the best recommendations. The online pickup is a great option for people who are distancing or just want to save some time, love coming here!

This is my favorite dispensary, sadly it’s currently staffed by my least favorite people. They are going through some growing pains and too many cooks in the kitchen when making decisions. They have competitive prices. Just pay attention to the color stickers. They change that up a lot but never change the menu. They put limits below what the legal limit is to buy and then treat you like you’re the asshole when you ask why you can only buy 7 grams.

THIEVES! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Placed an online order on 2/4/21 which included prerolls and 4 edibles. Went and picked up the goods, got outside and realized 2 out 4 of the edibles were missing. Got right back in line to go back inside. Once inside, they refused to fill the order even with my receipt and literally being inside minutes before. LAST TIME EVER shopping here.

Usually I have a good time with Floyds. I bought 2 cartridges today and they did not give me a receipt. They gave me the wrong cartridges and were very rude about how it was my fault I didn't double check before they put it in the sealed exit bag. I spent over $100 today and was told they couldn't DO ANYTHING for me and that I messed up not getting the receipt. they have something on their register stating that if they don't give out a receipt it is automatically $5 off your next order. The manager told me it wasn't their fault and the manager couldn't do that for me. I am extremely hurt and extremely disappointed.

I would honestly say Floyd is by far the go to spot in Portland. Shit I'd drive from beaverton if I had to, great price for great product.
