They are getting better on people that have placed a online order and walk-ins. Lady Lake Trulieve employees are friendly and know about the products. The wait times are getting better.

Trulieve's Lady Lake location is undersized and understaffed based on the volume of customers that I have witnessed on two separate visits. My first visit with my new MMJ card I expected to be long and it was but the second visit, I ordered online and expected that to be much quicker. Not only is it not quicker to shop online but it's frustrating because most of the products shown online are not available at Lady Lake. I did order two products for pick up that were available. When I arrived at Lady Lake a couple hours later, I surrendered my MMJ card at the window and waited a full hour in an overcrowded waiting area for my turn to be called. There were a handful of "pick up orders" ahead of me and several new customers (they were waiting outside too). The flow of new people never stopped. By the time that I left, people coming into the store were being told that they would have to wait a minimum of one and a half hours to pick up orders. On a positive note, I do love the Trulieve products that I've been fortunate enough to try and on both visits the employees waiting on me were super friendly and apologetic for my wait. They put up with a lot of complaints and deserve recognition for that.

Could use a bigger waiting room the band the time frame needs to be corrected I understand you're working on this it's going to take a little bit of time this is all new to Florida I have no problem staff were great products are great and I look forward to going down there soon to re-up on my products thank you in advance Dean weeks

This was my first time to a dispensary. I'm 75 and wasn't sure what I really wanted. They allowed my son to come with me, altho it was a one time exception. I really appreciated that ! Very friendly personnel and very well organized.

Very pleasant location, staff, and professional interior. At 76 years of age, my first (Noberto) and second (Phillip) visits were stress-free, all questions answered in a friendly way (not just a textbook answer.
Appreciate very much the service (and smiles).... I will be back, and will spread the news.

Product very good, in store service very good, online ordering and scheduling a delivery- Absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in any situation, let alone meds needed for my cancer and pain!!!!

I am confused as to how this Trulieve location has such a high rating here on Leafly. Perhaps reviews are monitored and unfavorable ones deleted? One can only guess. I visited this facility (The Villages/Lady Lake, FL) today as a nurse hoping to gain information about the MMTC, not a patient, and identified myself as such. I have visited all the dispensaries within 40 miles of my community in hopes of helping patients navigate the MM system. First, there was absolutely no parking, which I initially thought might be a good thing. However, there were patients lined out the door and inside, every seat was taken, standing room only, and patients were packed in the extremely small waiting room like sardines. I could see no accommodation for patient privacy. The room was very hot despite it being a seasonable cooler day outside. I found the staff to be less than welcoming, rude in fact, and they received my request for information as a grand imposition. The three staff members present were unkempt (being kind here) and in dire need of education on professional appearance and workplace etiquette. You can understand if one employee woke up late and was lacking in his/her attention to their personal hygiene but all three? I asked for the manager’s business card and was told there was none and was given a first name only for the manager with great reluctance. I asked if they had any information I might have to pass along to my patients and was given one brochure and told “that’s all we have”. I asked a couple of questions but soon learned these employees had no interest in either talking to me or representing their company or products favorably. I could really go on but suffice it to say that I would and will never refer my patients to this location, and would be hesitant to refer to Trulieve in general. My visits to every other MMTC in my area were extremely well received and informational. The establishments were clean, environments welcoming, patients were happy and appreciated and the employees were clean, dressed appropriately, and well educated in their product menus and offerings. This place was ... not that. I’ve since learned that Trulieve is apparently more “affordable” for patients than their competitors? Well in my humble opinion after what I experienced today, you don’t always get what you pay for. Go elsewhere. There are great “deals” to be had on quality products and cannabis medicine at many other MMTCs in Florida. Thank you for the opportunity to review and recount my experience.

I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.

If they are out of what you have ordered they simply do not fill your order and wait until closing to tell you they cannot fill your order. This is the second week in a row that my order was simply unfilled with no notification and most recently I had to pay MORE without notice for something comparable to what I originally ordered. God forbid people who are on a fixed income go through this. I could luckily afford to spend the extra money but I imagine those poor people who have just enough money to afford their medications and they get to this office and not only is their order unfulfilled they don't even have the right product. Sad experience with Trulieve for the second time in a row now.

the staff at the lady lake location were very nice and helpful, from the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Chris greeted me as soon as i walked in, and Braden helped me get the right products, very informative! In a world where there is little to no customer service left, this place outshines them all!

Mistake of my Life. Not only did they not deliver when promised they were in process of canceling my order yet still add it to the registry if I had not caught that, they most likely would have never even delivered. Yes that’s right they entered my order as filled with the state MMJ registry yet never delivered it and were cancelling the order. When I contact them about this they sent a driver out with my order finally who broke down in my driveway blocking me in on Halloween. Was stuck there for over 3 and 1/2 hrs. I was charged full delivery price. And full price in order less first time discount. Was told on next order I was to get free delivery and a 20% discount in next order yet everytime I login everything I select is out of stock or not for delivery. His is the type of business trulieve is. They are a joke. The I had ordered 2 GSC which were both light and weighed only 3.2 and 2 member berry which one of them was 3.2 and one was 4.2 and was some of the worst flower I have seen. The GSC was very good but as I said was light. I contacted them about the issue and receive an email back say my order had been canceled after it was entered into the registry and was delivered but it was canceled. So use at your own peril.
I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy. One star if I could give no starts I would. Complete joke I recommend any other dispensary but trulieve
